US & Canada - June 2011 to Present Benefits Responsible for Benefits modules for Goodyear US, Dunlop & Goodyear Canada implementation. Authored BPP's for Benefits Enrollments & Terminations. Defined benefit area for U.S & Canada, using feature BAREA and the basic settings for the plans. Designed Health Plans, Insurance Plans, COBRA and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA).
