Lead up to 11 District managers which covered 140 stores with annual sales of $300,000,000 covering all New York City boroughs and Long Island. On average visited 3-4 districts each week and 15-20 stores. During those visits evaluated how District managers identified sales opportunities. Gave them support and guidance as needed to build a plan to improve KPI. Administered weekly training workshops or calls for select underperforming districts which helped identify sales opportunities and actions to correct trends. Increased profit margin by analyzing profit performance and formulating strategy with team. Guided region that was challenged in both pre-owned sales and trade volume by formulating a plan of action for stores to follow and execute resulting in top finishes for holiday 2012 and fiscal 2013.
