Dal 1990 DIERRE produce sistemi a scomparsa per chiusure scorrevoli interne. A clever idea to recover liveability and functionality which were always limited, both in new and preexisting buildings. Internal doors slide smoothly outside and inside the wall, giving back to the surroundings room that was previously unused, thanks to the robust galvanized steel structure that fits inside a brick or plasterboard dividing wall. RIGIDIT STRUTTURALE (versione per intonaco): Il cassonetto realizzato con lamiera elettrozincata da 0,5 mm di spessore. Durante il ciclo produttivo, la lamiera liscia viene trasformata in un "pannello grecato", ottenendo delle nervature verticali su cui vengono fissate delle omega trasversali che rendono il cassonetto un corpo unico, evitando deformazioni strutturali in fase di muratura. Dalla lamiera fuoriescono delle linguette che ripiegate bloccano la rete. STRUCTURAL RIGIDITY (plaster version): the structure is made out of 0.5 thick sheet metal. During the production cycle, the smooth sheet is transformed into a "corrugated panel", obtaining vertical ribs on which transversal Omega are fixed which make the structure a single body, thus avoiding structural deformation during the masonry works. Some strips protrude from the sheet metal that folded in - lock the mesh in place.

MONTANTI VERTICALI RINFORZATI : I montanti verticali all ingresso del cassonetto, sono realizzati in doppia lamiera pressopiegata, questo permette di ottenere una maggiore rigidit strutturale evitando deformazioni al cassonetto stesso in fase di intonacatura. REINFORCED VERTICAL JAMBS: The vertical jambs on the front part of the structure are produced in double press-folded sheet metal. This allows to achieve greater structural rigidity avoiding deformation to the structure when being plastered.
FONDO CASSONETTO ESTRAIBILE : Nel caso in cui il cassonetto fosse stato murato pi alto del piano pavimento finito, possibile estrarre il fondo del cassonetto in modo da recuperare lerrore di posa e poter infilare normalmente il pannello porta, senza doverlo rifilare in altezza. REMOVABLE STRUCTURE BOTTOM: In case the structure has been bricked-in higher than the finished floor level, it is possible to extract the bottom of the structure so as to make up for the fitting mistake and being able to normally slidein the door panel, without having to trim the top off.
RETE A MAGLIA FINE : Fornita di serie insieme al cassonetto, la rete in fibra di vetro, applicata tra struttura metallica e muratura in laterizio, evita che si formino crepe in questa zona, durante il consolidamento dell intonaco. FINE MESH : Supplied as standard with the structure, the fibre glass mesh, applied between the metal structure and the brick wall, it avoids the formation of cracks in this area, when the plaster is setting.
GUIDA A PAVIMENTO : Per garantire lo scorrimento lineare del pannello porta, la guida a pavimento viene posizionata allingresso del cassonetto e fissata con due viti ai montanti, senza forare il pavimento. FLOOR GUIDE: In order to ensure the door panel to slide smoothly, the floor guide is positioned on the front part of the structure and fixed to the jambs with two screws, without having to make holes in the floor.

GUIDA DI SCORRIMENTO ESTRAIBILE : La guida, realizzata in acciaio, garantisce uno scorrimento fluido dei carrelli che sostengono il pannello porta ed estraibile con il cassonetto murato, per una eventuale sostituzione.
REMOVABLE SLIDING GUIDE: The steel guide ensures smooth sliding of the carriages that support the door panel and can be pulled-out and with the bricked-in structure, for a possible replacement.
SISTEMA DI SCORRIMENTO Il pannello porta sostenuto da carrelli realizzati in resina acetalica che garantiscono una portata massima di 80 Kg. Una pinza, posizionata allestremit anteriore della guida, permette il bloccaggio della porta in fase di chiusura. SLIDING SYSTEM: The door panel is supported by carriages made in acetalic resin that guarantee 80 Kg as maximum weight carried. A clamp positioned on the front end of the guide, allows the locking the door in the closing stage.

KIT PER APERTURA SIMULTANEA DELLE ANTE Il meccanismo permette di aprire simultaneamente i due pannelli-porta, utilizzando una sola mano. Pu essere installato anche con i cassonetti gi murati : sufficiente estrarre le due guide smontabili, montare su ognuna la carrucola di rinvio e sui due pannelli porta i blocchetti il fissaggio del cavo.
KIT FOR COINCIDING OPENING OF THE DOORS The mechanism allows to simultaneously open the two door panels, using only one hand. It may also be installed with the already bricked-in structures: the two removable guides have to be extracted, the transmission pulley mounted on each of them and the two door panels the cable fixing blocks
KIT PER ANTE IN CRISTALLO Il sistema composto da due morsetti in lega pressofusa per la sospensione dellanta e pu essere utilizzato su ante di 8,10 o 12 mm di spessore. Il loro montaggio a pinza, non necessita della foratura del vetro, per cui, loperazione non richiede lavorazioni particolari. Su entrambi i lati del cristallo, previsto un carter di copertura da fissarsi a scatto sui morsetti. Per evitare le oscillazioni dellanta nel suo scorrimento, compresa nel kit, una apposita guida a pavimento.

STAFFE PER FISSAGGIO STIPITE MONTANTE LATERALE Nel Kit falegname, contenuto allinterno, del cassonetto, sono presenti tre staffe (A). Fissate nella parte posteriore del montante (B), in posizione corrispondente alle asole del montante laterale gi murato (C), permettono di fissare lo stipite laterale (B) in modo veloce, utilizzando le viti (D). Questo montaggio permette di fissare lo stipite laterale (B) in posizione perpendicolare al pavimento, anche se il montante (C) fosse stato murato fuori piombo. STAFFE PER FISSAGGIO STIPITE MONTANTE LATERALE Nel Kit falegname, contenuto allinterno, del cassonetto, sono presenti tre staffe (A). Fissate nella parte posteriore del montante (B), in posizione corrispondente alle asole del montante laterale gi murato (C), permettono di fissare lo stipite laterale (B) in modo veloce, utilizzando le viti (D). Questo montaggio permette di fissare lo stipite laterale (B) in posizione perpendicolare al pavimento, anche se il montante (C) fosse stato murato fuori piombo.

KIT PER DOPPIA ANTA Questo kit composto da una testata doppia (1A) e da due distanziali (2B) permette di trasformare due cassonetti singoli in un cassonetto doppio. In questo modo tenendo a magazzino solo cassonetti ad unanta pi i kit pi comunemente usati , si ha la possibilit in ogni momento di comporre un cassonetto a doppia anta. Lassemblaggio alquanto semplice e non richiede nessuna modificadi lavorazione sul prodotto. KIT FOR DOUBLE LEAF This kit composed by a double transom (1A) and two spacers (2B) allows to transform two single structures in a double structure. In this way having to keep in stock only the single leaf structures and the more commonly used kits, it is possible at any time to make up a double leaf structure. The assembly is quite simple and does not require any modification process on the product.
PREDISPOSIZIONE PER INSERIMENTO INTERRUTTORI, PRESE ELETTRICHE, TERMOSTATI, ECC. SUI LATI DEL CASSONETTO Su entrambi i lati del cassonetto per muro finito di 145 mm,vengono prodotte di serie, cinque scantonature con lati pretagliati,ad altezze variabili. They are supplied in MDF, unfinished veneer, polished ready to be painted and mounted on the structure. Il cavalletto espositore si presenta in modo alquanto pratico e funzionale per quanto riguarda il montaggio e la presentazione del prodotto. La sua struttura portante in tubolare verniciato di colore blu contiene un cassonetto NEW SPACE di dimensioni standard 2100 x 600 in versione intonaco. Lespositore viene spedito in cassa di legno ,chiusa con reggette di acciaio, in modo da garantirne la sicurezza nel trasporto. All interno il prodotto suddiviso in pochi elementi facilmente montabili: (1) la base di appoggio, (2) la struttura portante con il cassonetto montato e con la porta scorrevole laccata bianca inserita, e con gli stipiti gi fissati, (3) la pedana in due elementi, in legno con la superficie protetta da materiale antisdrucciolevole di colore granito, (4) una lunetta con il marchio DIERRE in materiale plastico rigido di colore argento, (5) una confezione con viti e schema di montaggio.
The exhibitor stand is extremely practical and functional regarding installation and product presentation. Its tubular supporting structure, painted blue contains a NEW SPACE 2100 x 600 standard-size structure for the plaster version. The exhibitor is shipped in a wooden box, sealed with steel straps, in order to ensure safety in transport. The product is divided inside in few easily fitted items: (1) the support base, (2) the supporting structure with the assembled structure and with the lacquered white sliding door inserted, and with the jambs already fixed, (3) the platform in two items, in wood and with the area protected by grey non-slip material, (4) a plate with the Dierre trademark in silver hard plastic, (5) a pack with screws and installation diagram.

Model for 2 sliding parallel leaves, single or double. Primato is indicated for large spaces to be divided or made communicating according to the requirements. Studiata per quei casi particolari in cui due ambienti non comunicanti hanno porte vicine, che normalmente non potrebbero supportare sistemi di chiusura scorrevoli. Cassonetto per 2 ante scorrevoli contrapposte. Duetto risolve problemi di spazio, servendo in modo comodo e razionale due vani vicini. Al suo interno si pu inserire qualsiasi tipo di porta. Disponibile solo per murature intonacabili.
