Patient on warfarin his INR was 3.9 and he has a history of surgery one year ago for small cell carcinoma of the lung came to ER with confusion whats ur diagnosis (the pic was similar ti this but with lesser lesion): 1- Cerebral hemmorage 2- Cerebral infarction 3- SAH 4- EDH 5- SDH 6. The same pic but with a mirror image for it with a history of confusion and dont remember the other but I think the answer was with cerebral hemmorage: 1- Cerebral hemmorage 2- Cerebral abcess 3- And others but there were no cerebral infarction between the choices 7. 70 year old women come to ER complaining that she has a severe pain in her hip when she tries go out of bed. Note: most of my questions was from march recalls but other doctors who examined with me they didnt get that much of recalls .. about 10 or less
