SONNYS air dryers dry a vehicle more completely. The unique unibody plastic blower housing has no seams or plastic welds that are prone to cracking. Scrolled housing design does not restrict air ow, maximizing dryer performance, and steel impellers with backward curved blades are welded on both sides for durability. The system is built on a 4in x 4in QuadX aluminum modular frame that can be outtted with any combination of 10-horsepower and 15-horsepower blowers to maximize performance per utility dollar.

Retrot Kit
This retrot kit extends the producer above the arch in order to rotate the producer and reduce the required tunnel width required to only 12 feet.
When bolted together, Blower extension & Nozzle attachment extend blower to 16in maximum. Extends blower nozzle up to 12in, can be shortened in 2in sections by cutting on existing seams before mounting. This allows for height preference when installing Elephant Ears. Must use if mounting blower on cross-beam instead of arch leg.

For years, the primary consideration for installing an automatic chamois dryer was to replace manual nishing labor. Today, more and more operators are returning to these units to reduce electrical consumption. Chemistry improvements coupled with innovations in rinsing and blower placement such as SONNYS Wet Environment Dryer, are able to leverage gravity and inertia to deliver a dryer surface. Under certain conditions and chain speeds, the Wipe-O-Matic is sufcient to replace some high horsepower blowers in a tunnel wash.

SONNYS Wipe-O-Matic is a labor-free, consistent way to deliver great results in vehicle drying.
Includes 24 overlapping synthetic chamois cloths that wipe and absorb water from the surface as it travels across the vehicle Designed to be placed after a blower system to wipe up any residual water left on the vehicles surface. Adjustable rubber wringers squeeze out water, preparing chamois to move across the vehicle The Chamois wipes up from just above the molding line on the side of the vehicle and dries all top surfaces, making it ideal for Express Exterior locations Retract capability keeps chamois from traveling inside truck beds. SONNYS Wet Environment Dryer delivers a simple solution. Outtted with a wash-down duty motor and steel impeller, it is engineered to install immediately after a low mist rain arch. As water hits the surface of the vehicle, a precise stream of air from the dryer displaces water from the surface immediately, before it has a chance to pool, with less required drying agent. Cars are dryer before they enter the drip space, therefore less power consumption is needed from your blowers to completely dry the surface of the vehicle.
