Thats right Maam. While waiting for our performers , may I ask you something. Do you know some of the popular dances that we have? Well, I know a lot of them like chacha, boogie, swing, hiphop, tinikling , singkil , KPOP and a lot more. Some of them are my favorites. And now without much ado ,let us witness the dancing prowess of our students as they perform some of the best dance steps . Are you ready Quirino!! Our 1st performance is a wellness dance . This dance involves moderate physical activity in the form of a dance exercise which is designed by Nestle Phil in partnership with Dep Ed. This dance is to be performed by students after the weekly flag ceremony to balance good nutrition and physical activity in order to promote wellness lifestyle among students. To perform this dance exercise let s give a round of applause to the Gr7 students of one of the best dancers of MAPEH, Mr. John Marte Marcella.
