Two teams of five players each one play against each other. The $all can $e passed, thrown, hit, rolled or $ounced in any direction. The length of the match is divided in four 7uarters. The team which has more points at the end of the last 7uarter wins the match. There are different scorings8 2ree throw 9 & point Throw inside the triple line 9 1 points Triple 9 3 points

The objective of each team is to score the $all into the opposing $as!et and to prevent the opponent from scoring in our $as!et.

BASIC TECHNIQUES IN BASKETBALL BALL BOUNCE

Position and technique: %ody semi$ent. The feet placed in a normal position8 open to the width of the shoulders. The fingertips are the only parts that touch the $all. PASSES
Pass features: -t must $e 7uic!. -t is never given in an automatic" way. -t has to $e precise. ;ou must avoid loo!ing at the pass. ;ou must pass with feet on the floor prefera$ly. ;ou have to find good angles of pass. The passes must always ma!e it easier for the receiver:s possi$ilities.

THROW
Body positioning during the throw: FEET: They must $e separated a$out the width of the shoulders and the foot of the hand which throws slightly forward. LEGS: They have to $e $ent, although not e=cessively, to e=tend them at the same moment of throwing the $all. TRUN : ,traight $ut slightly leant forward in the moment of leaving the throw.

!R"S !N# $!N#S: The $all must $e placed a little higher than the temple. The arm which throws must $e $ent, ma!ing a rigth angle with the forearm. >nly the finger will touch the $all and the thum$ will $e ma!ing almost a rigth angle with the inde= finger. The opposite arm will $e $ent too and that hand rest laterally on the $all with the el$ow slightly opened. This hand must serve as simple support and control.
