4. Language Prociency
Please specify your language prociency clearly, and remember to check the language prociency certicate required by afliated departement and institute. If you did have the certicate at the time when you submit the ONLINE APPLICATION, please ll out the Language prociency test column.

5. Reference
The Reference here is for a brief information, applicants should post the unopened envelope along with other application materials to Ofce of International Affairs. If the referee would like to send the reference directly to Yang-Ming University, please inform referee to state the applicants name or which institute the applicants are applying...etc. on the envelope as clear as possible. Without applicants information on the envelope might cause unqualied of the application.
