Event Planning - Planned and hosted a kickoff conference with more than 75 attendees. Kem Hawkins (CEO, Cook Group) was the keynote speaker and also addressed an audience of more than 100 business stakeholders to introduce the concept of Life Science and challenge the county to pursue it as a source of jobs. Abel Family, LLC - Family owned farming operation. Treasurer and board member. 900 acre owner-managed farming operation. Responsibilities include assessing business decisions, applications and implementation of conservation land forming grants from the USDA. Negotiate rents, write land sales and purchase contracts. Lingle Real Estate Real Estate sales agent Comtech Consulting Systems analyst and consultant. Provided programming support and analysis expertise to Columbia Gas for a major data migration project. Continental Illinois National Bank Computer auditor and systems analyst. Produced auditing reports for the financial audit team, analyzed systems security measures, and helped create the Customer Information Database that was used to establish one of the nations first ATM systems. Richmond-Wayne County Chamber of Commerce's Life Science Task Force Task Force was formed in response to the State of Indianas emerging commitment to attracting life science jobs. Task Force defined life science for the county, researched current life science entities, networked with other life science economic development initiatives in Indiana.
