Findings
We found many potential students who had the ability to study but due to the backwardness of their families they were unable to do so. Communication in English was the major problem for the aspirants. Even some of the aspirants didnt had the support from their families. Activities of CRM and Hospitality helped the aspirants to overcome the problem of public speaking. We found many students in mobilization who were willing to join this program but couldnt join because they cant leave their jobs. We had to find the students between the age group of 18-25 but many of them were under or over aged.

Recommendations
There is a need to change the curriculum of Pocket Money session as there were some extremely difficult topics which aspirants couldnt understand. A lot could be done for the improvement of the English of the aspirants Duration of OJT could be increased so that the aspirants get more exposure of the organized sector. Aspirants should be taken to banks so that they get the real experience of how the financial institute works. As pocket money is a part of the curriculum this is need to be done. Sometimes the teaching material was lengthy so we were not able to complete it in the given time duration. It was hectic for the aspirants also.
