Leaders define a group. A principal leadership causes teams to bring forth good things in proper perspective for the organization.

The student leaders form an essential part of the population. Thus, they should be properly equipped with knowledge and skills of being an effective and efficient leader. Continuous development of their potential of being a leader to the extent of succession leadership must be instilled to the youth.

There is still much that is to be done to provide continuing capacitative efforts to ensure that these student leaders would become a very potent force for community empowerment and development.
