Dear Pullmantur Crew, First of all, the company wants to Thank you!

for the work done during this contract. We wish you have a Great Vacation and would like to see you very soon. In preparation for your next assignment, below are the guidelines and requirements that are mandatory for your return. A number of documents are enclosed with this letter, which must be given back onboard your next assigned vessel. ARE YOU REQUESTED TO CONTACT YOUR CREW AGENT FOR RETURN?

*Nationalities requiring the assistance of an Agency, should report to their Manning Agent for their return.* In those cases, contacts with Main Office are to be handle with Crew Agent and not directly with Employees.

You are requested to confirm your embarkation through email to HR Department minimum 20 days prior embarkation date (See below Office Contact Information). If you need a visa for next embarkation: You are requested to contact necessary Embassy or Consulate at your arrival in your home country, in order to get your visa on time. Please remember to check the country where your next embarkation will take place, in order to make sure you request the correct visa at the correct Embassy/consulate. If you dont get your visa on time, embarkation will be cancelled and HR Madrid will study next assignment possibilities, after your justification for embarkation cancellation is properly done. If you need a visa for next embarkation and must do Visa tramit by yourself, and you face problems at the Embassy in order to get your visa on time, please contact immediately your Crew Agent for Assistance, and inform HR department at main office, to follow up. You are responsible for ensuring that your license, passport, seaman's book, STCW-95 certification, medicals and any other relevant documents are valid for your next contract, as per the list of documents/certificates indicated in the following page. Please make sure you comply with company medical examination requirements. Employees not fit for duty or with medical conditions, are to report the situation to HR Department immediately in order to revise the case with Medical Department and check embarkation options.

List of documents/certificates required: DOCUMENTS PROVIDED UPON DISEMBARKATION: 1) LOE DOCUMENTS when RETURNING 1) Passport (valid for at least 1 year) *with at least 6 blank pages, with necessary visa to entry in destination port. 2) Seaman book (valid for 1 year) 3) Yellow Fever (International) 4) Basic Safety Course (Hotel & Marine) (STCW95) 5) Crowd Management (Hotel & Marine) (STCW95) 6) Crisis Management (Hotel Head of Departments , Assistant Head of Departments & Marine) (STCW- 95) 7) Advance Firefighting (Marine) (STCW- 95) 8) Proficiency in Survival & Rescue Boats (Marine + Hotel if Leaders of Muster Station) (STCW- 95) 9) Malta License (For Marine Officers only) 10) COC ( For Marine Officers only) 11) Medical License/Diploma (Doctors & Nurses only ) 12) Medical Lab Test: (Medical Examination, HIV test, Physical Exam. For Seaman, Drug Test, Urinary Test, Hemogram, Torax X-ray, VDRL, Electrocardiogram, Pregnancy Test (for Women), Stool Exam (for Food Handlers), HbAg (for Food Handlers). 2 copies of complete PEME are to be given on board. 13) Including documents 1-8 provided upon disembarkation Above requirements are important for your deployment. Secure everything to be ready on time. Not complying with above requirements, will caused a embarkation denial. Please, confirm your flight itinerary with the airline at least 3 days before travelling, to make sure your flight schedule havent changed. The company reccommends all employees while on vacation, to tramit the C/1D visa in order to facilitate necessary transits in the United States, if necessary when travelling. (US Embassies accept new LOE form for Visa application). Please remember to check your personal email, as all information in regards to your next assignment is going to be sent directly to your email.
