    There’s widespread concern that the Web exposes young people to conspiracy theories and misinformation. This exposure is said to be distorting young people’s views about important issues such as climate change and immigration. This research uses various ethnographic methods to investigates these claims and sociological theory to help understand the complex social and psychological processes involved when young people appraise information for its veracity.
