Stage-A: Initial review of projects design leading to a report of the projects current level of compliance with LEED /IGBC Green Homes specification based on available information. The following information is provided:
Summary of current status o Number of LEED/Green Homes requirements that are currently satisfied by the projects design o LEED/Green Homes rating that would be awarded as per current design Gap analysis o Reporting of mandatory requirements that are not met by the current design (if any) o Reporting of requirements that were close to being met but fail as per current design including which of these can be incorporated with minimal cost and effort

Stage-B: Detailed review of alternate and additional possibilities in consultation with client, other consultants
and IGBC resulting in a detailed report of recommendations towards the desired LEED /Green Homes status. Includes cost-benefit analysis of alternate options and materials along various parameters (cost, time, ease). Green Evolution will determine the cost of implementing each recommended green feature along with the pay back period for each feature.

Stage-C: Preparation and submission of documentation to IGBC, coordination of the documentation review
process with IGBC and preparation of all responses and clarifications to the IGBC documentation review.

Stage-D (for LEED only): Assistance during and upon completion of the required performance period of
18 months after project implementation until the LEED certification has been obtained.

Notes and exclusions:

Pricing excludes all related travel expenses outside Chennai, India. Pricing excludes all fees/charges applied by IGBC. Pricing assumes that the client will provide input data to Green Evolution to the required level of detail in a format that is specified by Green Evolution. Green Evolution will charge reasonable additional fees if we need to translate data into format required for our analysis. Other Consultancy Services: If needed, we will engage third party consultants for energy modeling and commissioning wiht the clients approval.
