Executing process measurement & control instrumentation & services to optimise processes. Supervising finalization of technical specifications, procurement, scheduling, progress monitoring, erection, testing & commissioning, site management as well as manpower planning. Installing and commissioning as well as conducting tests & inspections to ensure operational effectiveness in oil and gas field; planning & effectuating maintenance schedules for equipment. Designing layout, making drawing, approving them and carrying out inspection tests for determining the effectiveness of the plant/equipment. Conduct in depth analysis of safety instrument functions for safety instrumented systems (SIL-3 systems) through preparation and study of SIL (Safety Integrity Level) and validation plan. Engage in design of engineering documentation for System Architecture, I/O Assignment, wiring diagram, Power & heat estimation, Loop Wiring Diagram, test procedures for the DCS, ESD and F&G systems. Configuring and programming of various equipments DCS Controller (Centum VP), checking functional logic blocks in pro safe RS based on Cause & Effect Diagrams for process interlocks, OPC configurations. HIS and FCS configuration in Yokogawa CENTUM VP / PRO SAFE. Developing logic flow charts/ interlock diagrams as per requirement of process operations & for implementing SCADA related jobs. Planning and effecting predictive & preventive maintenance schedules for various equipments to increase machine up time & equipment reliability. Liaising for product development customization functions including requirement analysis, finalizing specifications, designing, prototype development & testing activities.
