Updates & Changes: *The week of March 3rd are midway assessment for the 12 week participants. Please turn in your class attendence sheets if you been doing them. *Deep Stretch Yoga: Thursday morning the 13th, and Monday the 24th morning and evening. *Bonus weekend workoutsContinue through March anyone is welcome to join in for $5, 12 week participant can attend the session for $2. Trainers and times will vary. You can check facebook, posted signs or ask your trainer for the next weekend workout info :)
