Co; As yo3 were aware% the Company contin3es to inc3r serio3s (3siness and financial losses. .he (enefits of employees remain 3npaid despite efforts to improve the operations of the Company. 6ased on its filed 2011 -inancial Statements alone% the Company has s3ffered financial losses of more than "hp 120 !% increasin& the capital deficiency to more than "hp26. .he fore&oin& has led mana&ement to review its or&aniEation to recover its dire financial sit3ation. Fe have contin3o3sly looGed into how to improve efficiency and optimiEe o3r reco3rses. !3ch as we have exerted all efforts to maintain to o3r c3rrent (3siness operations. .his move serio3sly into acco3nt the CompanyBs financial sit3ation and the lon& term s3rvival of the Company. After caref3l eval3ation% the Company is constrained to maGe the diffic3lt decision of red3cin& its personnel on the &ro3nd of retrenchment d3e to serio3s (3siness losses 3nder Article 2=5 of the Ha(or Code. .he worGers are the lifeline of any co3ntryLs economy. .hey represent the h3man element%

the (rains and the (rawn in the transformation of reso3rces% nat3ral and capital% into &oods and services to satisfy the needs of society. witho3t worGers% capital cannot (e translated into wealth. capital% (y itself% is worthless% and technolo&y is nothin& witho3t the worGers to operate it. .he prod3ction process (ecomes meanin&less witho3t the worGers to exec3te it.
