The railway reserves the right to make bulk procurement from those firms which have been approved by RDSO before opening of tender to manufacture and supply of the tender item. The approval status of the firm will be reckoned as on the date of tender opening and not thereafter. But in case of downgrading/removal/suspension/banning etc. after opening of tender, such changes will be taken into account while considering the offers
