A)Eligibility condition: A(I) Minimum 60% or equivalent in the qualifying examination as under:1. AMIE (ME) A(II) GATE qualified in Mechanical /Production/Production and industrial Engineering Or CET qualified (for Non-GATE) candidates B) Admission Criteria for CET candidates: a) Merit list on basis of qualified & valid GATE Score in A (II). If seats remain vacant after admitting students with qualified M.Tech(Tool Engineering) and valid GATE score, then the admission for vacant seats shall be made on the basis of CET rank / merit for NON GATE Candidates, subject to securing of a minimum of 60% marks in qualifying examination. b) For industry sponsored: the merit list will be prepared on the folowing basis: 1. Merit list of normal seats. 2. One mark each for an additional year of experience but upto a maximum marks will be 110. The cutoff date for counting the experience shall be 31.05.2014. 3. Candidate should also have at least one year of professional experience. 4. A letter from employer must be furnished stating that the candidate is being sponsored to seek admission in M.Tech. (TE) Regular programme against sponsored seats.

A) First Class BE/B.Tech. (Food Technology / Chemical Technology / Biochemical Engg./ Biotechnology) or equivalent first class degree. OR MS/M.Sc. (Chemistry / Biochemistry / Food Science / Microbiology / Biotechnology) or equivalent first class degree. B) Admission Criteria: M.Tech (Food Technology) a) Merit list on basis of qualified & valid GATE Score in relevant branch. b) If seats remain vacant after admitting students with qualified and valid GATE Score in relevant branch, then the admission for vacant seats shall be made on the basis of CET rank / merit in relevant branch for NON GATE Candidates, subject to securing of a minimum of 60% marks in qualifying examination. Note: No GATE Scholarships will be available for the students for this admission session 2014-2016. A) BE/B.Tech. (Electronics/Computer Science /Electrical/Engineering Physics/IT/IC (OR) equivalent OR Post Graduation in Physics / Applied Physics / Electronics/Mathematics or equivalent with minimum of 55% marks in aggregate in the qualifying degree. The next preference in the merit list will be given to NON GATE candidates based on marks obtained in the CET, subject to securing a minimum of 55% of marks in qualifying degree/exam. A) Eligibility Conditions: M.Sc.(Physics/Applied Physics/Electronics Mathematics/Chemistry/Biotechnology/ Biosciences/ Life Sciences): BE/B.Tech (Electronics/Computer Science/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering Physics Metallurgy/Material Engineering/Information Technology/Biotechnology/ Biomedical/ Chemical Engineering or Technology); or equivalent* Minimum 55% aggregate marks in the qualifying degree and Mathematics as one of the subjects at +2 or undergraduate level is a must. * Decision on equivalence taken by the University will be final. B) Admission Criteria for M. Tech (EP & NST) The merit list will be prepared on the basis of the qualified & valid GATE Score.The next preference in the merit list will be given to NON GATE candidates based on marks obtained in the CET, subject to securing a minimum of 55% of marks in qualifying degree/exam. 2(A) PROFESSIONAL PROGRAMMES Any recognized Bachelors Degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. OR Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Technology or any other subject with minimum of 50% marks in aggregate or any qualification recognized as equivalent thereto with minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. OR Passed the Final Examination of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or England, the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India or England or the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Bachelors Degree of a recognized University in any discipline with at least 50% marks in aggregate and must also have passed Mathematics and English (core or elective or functional) at least at the Senior School Certificate Examination (Class XII) of the CBSE or any other Examination recognized as equivalent thereto. OR 13 105 MCA / MCA(SE) BCA/BIT/BIS of a recognized University of at least three years duration with at least 50% marks in aggregate or any qualification recognized as equivalent thereto. Pass in Bachelor of Physiotherapy programme (BPT) of 4 years duration (including internship) with 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized University. 15 107 MPT OR Pass in Bachelor of Physiotherapy /B.Sc. Candidates possessing MBBS degree from any recognized institution are eligible to apply for the course. In-service personnel with the above qualification, working in Health Institutions/organization in Central/State Govt. or Public Sector having 5 years experience, of which at least 3 years should be in Public Health activities are eligible. Such candidates, at the time of counseling for admission, would need to furnish a letter from their employer that if they are admitted, they would be relieved for 2 years for under taking the course on full time basis at NCDC. Admission will be done on All India Basis and the guidelines of Govt. of India, applicable to Central Govt. Educational Institutions will be followed. B.Sc. Degree or its equivalent with at least 50% marks in aggregate. OR B.Sc. (Engg.), B.Tech, or B.E. in Civil/Chemical/Agricultural Engg. Degree with at least 50% marks in aggregate. 20 21 112 113 LLM MA (ENG & COMM) LL.B. Degree as required by the Bar Council of India for enrollment as an advocate or an equivalent law degree from a foreign university, in either case with not less than 50% marks. Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University with aggregate of 50% marks. Pass in 12th Class of 10+2 of CBSE or equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate with pass in English (core or elective or functional) and Mathematics or Computer Science / Informatics Practice / Computer Applications. 22 114 BCA OR Three years Diploma in a branch of Engineering from a polytechnic duly approved by All India Council for Technical Education and affiliated to a recognized examining body with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. B.SC(HONS) NURSING Pass in 12th class of 10+2 of CBSE with Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) or equivalent with a minimum aggregate of (only for unmarried female 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology provided that the candidate has passed in each subject separately. The candidates) candidate must also have passed English (core or elective) in qualifying examination. B.E./B.Tech with minimum of 60% marks. OR M.Sc. (CS), M.Sc. (IT), M.Sc. (Electronics) with minimum of 60% marks. MBA (Software Ent. Mgmt.) OR MCA with minimum of 60% marks. MA (CRIMINOLOGY) M.SC(FORENSIC SC.) TO BE NOTIFIED ON OR BEFORE 20TH FEBRUARY 2014. A Science Graduate from any recognized University with atleast 50% marks in the aggregate. The candidate must have studied for at least 1 year (2 semesters) or 3 years degree course in any 2 subjects out of (a) Physics (or Electronics related subjects), (b) Chemistry (or related subjects) and (c) Life Science (Human Biology/Zoology or related subjects). A graduate /post-graduate in any discipline from a recognized university along with qualifying B.Ed. examination with 60% both in theory and practical Pass in 12th Class of 10+2 of CBSE or equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate and must also have passed English (core or elective or functional) as a subject. 1. For Graduates: (a) Candidates having passed Bachelors degree) in humanities and social sciences with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized university and having studied any one of the following subjects: English Hindi Sanskrit Urdu Mathematics Social Science Note. (i) The candidate must have passed at least two subjects out of the list of the teaching subjects (Please see Part D). These two subjects should be available as teaching subjects in the institute/college in which the candidates seeks to take admission. (ii) The candidate who has passed a paper either in Physics / Chemistry / Biology / Botany / Zoology/Life Science will be eligible to take Integrated Science as one of the teaching subjects. (iii) The candidates having done B.Tech / M.Tech./B.lib. / M.lib. / B.A. (Vocational), BJMC/ MJMC/B.Pharma./BCA/ MCA/BBA/ MBA/PGDBM/BPT/MPT/BHMCT/MBBS/BHMS/B.Arch. / LLB/LLM and any other technical degree which does not come under Conventional School System* are not eligible for the B.Ed. programme.

* Conventional School System with reference to clause (iii) above refers to the subjects which are taught at the elementary, secondary and senior secondary stage in schools. * The candidates whose subjects do not come under the purview of the conventional subjects scheme such as Electronics / Instrumentation/ Bio-informatics /Business Economics / Radiology / Nursing / Tourism / Advertising etc. are not eligible to apply for the B.Ed. programme. If a candidate having any of these degrees applies for Common Entrance Test for B.Ed. programme,he/she will not be allowed to appear in the test and if by default, he/she appears in the test, the admission will not be granted to such a candidate. 28 122 B.ED / B.ED (SPL. (ii) The candidate who has passed a paper either in Botany / Zoology / Biotechnology / Biochemistry/ Life Science will be eligible to take Biology as one of the teaching subjects. (iii) The second teaching subject can be chosen either from the main subjects or subsidiary subjects passed by the candidate at post graduation or graduation level with a minimum of 50% in aggregate marks in the concerned subject. 29 123 M.SC(BIO & CONV) B.Sc. degree or equivalent (Botany, Zoology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Anthropology or any field of Life Sciences) with minimum 50% marks.

The candidates eligible to apply for the Master Degree Courses should be a Graduate (3 years degree course) in any subject of Humanities, Commerce or Sciences (those appearing in 3rd year final exam may also apply). The student must be a graduate from an Indian or recognized foreign university or have passed an examination recognized as equivalent to a degree and possess such other qualifications as may be prescribed by the University from time to time. Bachelors Degree with Life-Sciences, Environmental Sciences, Physical Sciences, Earth Science, Agriculture, Geography/Economics with B.Sc. background and having minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. 50% in aggregate in 10+2 examination / senior school certificate examination of CBSE as minimum marks for admission to B.Com with pass in five subjects (one language and four elective subjects) or an examination recognized as equivalent to that. 1.
