NOTE: The measurements within this text and 2D documentation are given both in millimeters and inches (in brackets). This website is based on ISO measurement unit system, which is the international standard. I apologize to the people who use other measurement units; but I believe that measurements given in millimeters and inches should be adequate for everyone who would like to build this project. Besides that, on todays Internet it is easy to purchase the ruler containing all the measurement units and overcome the difficulties of any kind. Use various tools and clamps in process of welding, so you could weld the items together with accuracy. Make the components as given on drawings.

1. PREACHER CURL SUBASSEMBLY - ASSEMBLAGE INSTRUCTIONS 1. Weld the Cover 50x50mm (Parts 18) to the Square Tubing 50x50x4 Cut Lenght 800,00mm (Part 3).

2. Weld the Cover 50x50mm (Parts 18) to the Square Tubing 50x50x4 Cut Lenght 600,00mm (Part 2).

3. Weld the Square Tubing 50x50x4 Cut Lenght 790,00mm (Part 1) between subassemblies from step 1 and 2.

4. Weld the Square Tubing 50x50x4 Cut Lenght 360,00mm (Parts 7) to the subassembly made in the previous step.

5. Weld the Dumbbell Set Holder (Parts 17) to the Square Tubing 50x50x4 Cut Lenght 360,00mm (Parts 7).

6. Weld the Square Tubing 50x50x4 Cut Lenght 610,00mm (Part 5) to the assembly made in the previous step.

7. Weld the Square Tubing 50x50x4 Cut Lenght 435,00mm (Part 6) to the assembly made in the previous step.

8. Weld the Square Tubing 50x50x4 Cut Lenght 410,00mm (Part 4) to the assembly from the previous picture. Chamfer the edges on places were the Parts are joining together by welding.

9. Weld the Sheet Support (Part 11) and Triangle Support (Part 12) together.

Make the four of these subassemblies

10. Weld these four subassemblies to the subassembly made in step 8.

11. Fasten the Seat (Part 10) to the assembly made in the previous step using standard parts: Slotted Pan Head Screw M5x30mm (Part 13), Spring Lock Washer (Part 14) and Hexagon Nut M5 (Part 15).

12. Weld the Declination Sheet (Part 9) and Square Tubing 40x40x2,9 Cut Lenght 420,00mm (Part 8) together

13. Mount the subassembly from the previous step to the subaasembly from step 11 at the height of your choice using Pin D8mm (Part 16).

2. WEIGHT SET SUBASSEMBLY - ASSEMBLAGE INSTRUCTIONS

1. Weld the Delimiter (Part 2) to the Round Tubing D31,8x6,3mm (Part 1).

2. Line up the dumbbells at the both ends of subassembly made in the previous step.

3. Fix the dumbbells using Dumbbell Nut (Parts 5).
