Basic Description
Five-axis, modular construction, electric servo-driven robot designed for precision machine loadlunload, welding and material handling. The FANUC LR Mate 100i robot is engineered for maximum reliability in a variety of harsh plant or educational environments, supported by userfriendly software and our extensive service and parts network.

Benefits
Multiple mounting positions and tabletop size increase installation flexibility. Hollow joint construction encloses all cable routing to eliminate snagging. Absolute encoder positioning. No robot modification for upright or inverted mounting. Small footprint for tight installations on machine tools. Integral double solenoid valves (2) at wrist.

R-J2 Mate i-Controller Features

Provides easy installation, startup, troubleshooting and maintenance. Requires reduced installation space. Approximately 50 kg (110 Ibs). Small 380mm (14.9") width x 470mm (18.5) height x 320mm (12.6") depth for convenient placement. Very large work envelope for this robot class. Robot can "double-back on itself for increased access. Axis 2 and 3 fail-safe brakes. Sealed for laboratory and industrial use. Standard software permits 3-dimensional palletizingl depalletizing of rows, columns and layers by simply teaching three points.

Harmonic drives on all axes result in higher reliability and reduced maintenance costs. Sealed bearings and drives allow operation in harsh factory environments. Grease fittings on all lubrication points for quick and easy maintenance. Only two types of motors used for simpler servicing and spare parts reduction. Easily removable service panels for quick access to robot drivetrain. Standard IP54 dust and liquid intrusion protection package.
