PREAMBLE We, the members of the Sandigan Party Alliance of Far Eastern University, united in common purpose; dedicate

ourselves to the historic principles, which have sustained our party, the Sandigan Party Alliance through the years to ma e it the oldest, sustained political party in Far Eastern University! We recogni"e that our members come from all economic levels of life and represent every religion, se#, color and creed! We ac nowledge that as a political body, which wishes to lead, we must listen to those we would lead! We must remain firm in our commitment to democracy in order to lead the student body now and in the future under the best leadership, which embodies the best of our university$s heritage! What we see is to establish a genuine student organi"ation determined to protect and promote student$s rights and welfare, ma#imi"e student$s participation in all venues of student activities, and enhance student leadership and academic e#cellence and to align them with the entire Filipino people for the advancement of a true, %ust and free society! ARTICLE 1 NAME OF THE ORGANIZATION Section 1: &he organi"ation shall be nown as SA'()*A' PA+&, A--)A'.E! Section 2: &he organi"ation shall be domiciled at the Far Eastern University Freedom Par /0ulwagan ng 1alayaan2! ARTICLE 2 VISSION/MISSION Section 1: SA'()*A' PA+&, A--)A'.E is in pursuit of democratic interest, a genuine student organi"ation determined to protect and promote student$s rights and welfare, ma#imi"e student$s participation in all venues of all student activities, enhance student leadership and academic e#cellence and to align themselves with the entire Filipino people for the advancement of a true, %ust and free society! SA'()*A' PA+&, A--)A'.E avers to promote and enhance student leadership and academic e#cellence and envision the highest level of productivity and efficiency! .onstructively promote student$s rights and welfare, organi"ation$s pro%ects, activities and programs in establishing the role of the students to be at service to the entire Filipino people! SA'()*A' PA+&, A--)A'.E aims to provide the essential lin between the statement of the needs of the students and efforts to fill these needs! )t stands for 3uality education, protection of student$s rights, reasonable university policies and e#cellent servitude for the student body! )t performs vital functions of campus and social issues and concerns! Selecting potential student leaders and guiding the implementation of the party$s platforms!

&he organi"ation is committed to lead the struggle for the protection and e#ercise of the following student rights4 5! +ight to Free Speech 6! +ight to Self E#pression 7! +ight to a free .ampus Press 8! Freedom to 9rgani"e :! +ight to an autonomous, democratic, and representative student councils and student organi"ations ;! +ight to Peaceably Assembly and Petition for redress and grievances <! +ight to material preconditions for learning ARTICLE 3 MEMBERSHIP Section 1: =embership in this organi"ation shall be open to anyone who is interested in serving Far Eastern University Sandigan Party Alliance to achieve its aim and willing to abide the rules of this organi"ation! Section 2: &his organi"ation and its members shall not discriminate against any individuals for reasons of race, origin, color, religion, gender, age, and ability status! Section 3: =embers in this organi"ation have the free will to choose his>her membership on the different alliances of Sandigan Party as follows4 KAMPI /1atipunan ng mga Ana ng =anggagawang Pilino2 SHE /Sigma ?omo Epsilon, Society of the ?omose#ual Emergence2 FE O T!OORS SMO /Sandigan =ass 9rgani"ation2 Section ": &he .entral .ommand .ommittee has the power to refuse membership to an applicant, where such membership would be detrimental to the aims, purposes or activities of the group! ARTICLE " THE CENTRAL COMMAN! COMMITTEE #CCC$ #P RPOSE OF CCC$ Section 1: 9fficers of the .entral .ommand .ommittee shall include the following4 President>.hairman; @iceAPresident>@iceA.hairman; SecretaryA*eneral; and &reasurer! Section 2: THE PRESI!ENT/CHAIRMAN % &he President>.hairman shall be the titular head of the Sandigan Party Alliance! ?e>She has the power or the prerogative to call for a meeting, anytime through the assistance of the Secretary *eneral! &his must be in line with the ob%ectives, the operations of the organi"ation, and for the betterment of the organi"ation! ?e shall preside over all the meetings of the .entral .ommand .ommittee!

Section 3: THE VICE&PRESI!ENT/VICE&CHAIRMAN % &he @ice President>.hairman shall assist and coordinate the .hairman regarding the organi"ation matters! ?e shall preside over the meetings of the .entral .ommand .ommittee in case that the .hairperson is absent! Section ": THE SECRETAR'&GENERAL % &he Secretary *eneral shall perform the following duties and functions4 a2 &a e down minutes of the meetings of the general membership and of the different alliances of Sandigan Party and, b2 Act as worth eeping of all records, documents, list of party members, list of officers and their respective addresses, minutes of election of officers, minutes of the meetings of the alliances and the general membership, pro%ects and activities of the Party! c2 ?e shall help the President in overseeing and directing the operations of the organi"ation nevertheless, sub%ect to approval by the President! Section (: THE TREAS RER % &he &reasurer shall be the .hief Financial 9fficer and shall perform the following duties and functions4 a2 .ollect and receive money, funds and contribution to the party, and b2 1eep a record of all e#penditures c2 Prepare the financial report of the organi"ation, ARTICLE V !ISCIPLINAR' ACTION REGAR!ING ))))))))))) Section 1: !ISCIPLINAR' ACTIONS % Any officer and member of the Party may be sub%ected to disciplinary actions, he>she may be removed or suspended on the following grounds4 a2 =embership in another political party, either by act or by deed, and this shows the deliberate failure to support any of the fundamental decisions of the Party 9rgani"ation! b2 (ishonesty, gross negligence, and misconduct and abuse of authority while in office c2 Failure to attend official activities or functions without %ustifiable reasons d2 'onApayment of membership dues and other special assessments; and e2 +efusal to undergo organi"ation audit procedures Section 2: TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP a2 Willful violation of the .onstitution and 0yA-aws b2 (isloyalty to the Party

c2 Abandonment of duties and responsibilities as officer or member for a prolonged period Section 3: &he observance of organi"ational discipline is a basic obligation of all the officers and members! &he imposition of discipline on any member shall be given 7 warnings by the President of the .entral .ommand .ommittee in order to defend himself in person or by counsel, and be given fair hearing by the body! Section ": &he officers of the .entral command .ommittee shall formulate and issue the appropriate implementing guidelines for imposing organi"ation discipline!
