The panel is baking-coated steel plate and obtained the noncombustible material NM-2891, so it can be safely used for the place where the noncombustible material is applied within the interior restriction of Building Standards Act (it can be also attached with the resin film laminated steel plate for interior <HISHIMETAL>).

Structure
Structure of panel
The panel ensures the integral structure that sandwiches the core material with the surface materials. Four sides of the panel is equipped with a function required for connection. The panel ensures the integral structure, so it can support high ceiling without degrading the rigidity. The panel can be cut and processed easily at the field and can be linked by attaching the panel cut frame to the cut surface.

Structure of glass part

 T he glass frame (aluminum extrusion die material) is vertically slid and assembled at the field. The transom part is fixed in the ceiling rail with a special spring and the lower part is fixed with a guide hardware. The glass is fixed by clipping with the glass packing attached to two grooves of the glass frame. The glass whose thickness is up to 3 to 6.8mm can be attached.

Structure of door part

 T he door frame longitudinal and latitudinal (aluminum extrusion die material) are vertically slid and is assembled at the field using the door L-type piece hardware. The panel can be disassembled from this door part. The level of the door part is adjusted by cutting the vertical dimension of the door frame that is 50mm-longer than referential dimension according to the unevenness of the floor at the field.

Structure of panel / glass part joint

 F or the panel, the ceiling surface is fit in the ceiling rail, the floor surface is fit in the floor rail and the baseboard, and the wall surface is fit in the end frame. The connection between panels and the glass frame are carried out with C-type channel joiner with electric wiring function.

It is the dual-partitioning type high-performance noncombustible steel partition that realizes high design and functionality with rational block construction.
Rational partitioning panel structure
It is the dual-partitioning panel structure that links and fixes two panels on front and rear sides to the post with superior workability, functionality and design. The equipment such as piping and wiring can be assembled in the panel easily. It can be removed at an arbitrary position when you carry out disassembly or maintenance. The color or specification can be changed on front and rear sides of the panel.

Rich panel variation

The surface material is same as that of Hishi Wall 50, however, the rich variation such as glass wool filling specification and double glass specification with high sound insulation effect is prepared.

Superior panel performance

The panels show superior results in various performance tests and comply with various standards.

The panel has obtained noncombustible material NM-1136 for the print coating steel plate and has obtained noncombustible material NM-1135 for the resin film laminated steel plate for interior <HISHIMETAL>, so it can be safely used for the place where the noncombustible material is applied for the restriction of interior of Building Standards Act. The test was conducted based on JIS A 6512 (moving partition) and it complies with it. The product is designed for withstanding relative story displacement1/150 and it is confirmed with a test. Heat transmission coefficient 1.69W/(m2K) {1.45kcal/(hm2C)} * This value is absolutely the calculated value. As a result of sound insulation test, the transmission loss at 500Hz of frequency is 30.3dB (standard specification) and 41.9dB (sound insulation specification) as shown in the right chart. The complete dry construction method is adopted and the member is supported by prefabrication, so the term of work at the field can be considerably shortened.

Two types can be selected according to the construction method

Ceiling prior affixing type and posterior affixing type are prepared. Select each type according to the construction method.

Space-saving compact design

The thickness between building frame and finishing surface of the panel is normally 60mm. Direct affixing is also available for a small space. Contact us separately.

 T he panel can be cut and processed easily at the field and can be linked by attaching the panel cut frame to the cut surface.

Structure of glass part

The glass frame (aluminum extrusion die material) is vertically slid and assembled at the field. The transom part is fixed in the ceiling rail
with a special spring and the lower part is fixed with a guide hardware.

The glass is fixed by clipping with the glass packing attached to two grooves of the glass frame. The glass whose thickness is up to 3 to 6.8mm can be attached.

Structure of door part

 D oor frame longitudinal / latitudinal (aluminum extrusion die material) is vertically slid and assembled using a tapping screw at the field. T  he level of the door part is adjusted by cutting the vertical dimension of the door frame that is 50mm-longer than referential dimension according to the unevenness of the floor at the field.

Structure of panel / glass part joint

 A jointer is built between ceiling rail on ceiling surface and floor rail / baseboard on floor surface for each module and the panel and the
glass frame on both sides are fixed to the jointer with a joint bracket. The joint is decorated by attaching a joint rod to the joint bracket.

The assembly and the disassembly can be carried out from any joint part.

Blind panel that controls the line of sight
It is the blind panel that can control the line of sight and the daylighting. You can select the securement of privacy and the openness by controlling the blind built in the double glass according to the situation. It brings out the functionality in an executive room or meeting room that requires both of security protection and intimate communication.

Controlling daylighting, dimming, and light shielding

You can control the light by adjusting the angle of slats; blocking of direct sunlight, control of brightness in a room, not leaking the light of room during night, for example.

Considering sound insulation and accumulation of dust

The resin film laminated steel plate "HISHIMETAL M" on which the titanium oxide (TiO 2) with photocatalytic action is applied in an original method is used as a surface material.

Performance of HISHIMETAL M
Photocatalytic coated resin film laminated steel plate "HISHIMETAL M" is developed for bringing out the high decomposition activity in the room where there is small quantity of light (ultraviolet irradiation). It has a higher decomposition performance for organic substance compared with general outdoor coating material.

The titanium oxide particles coated on "HISHIMETAL M" become activated utilizing "ultraviolet" contained in the light of fluorescent lamp or the light from window and promote the oxidative decomposition of organic substances such as nicotine, oil, and microorganism. Do not hang down the door or panel (you may be injured because of the damage). Do not enter a hand in the gap of moving part (you may be injured). Do not enter a finger in operation hole or gap (a finger may be clipped and it may cause an accident). Do not pour water on the outlet (a fire may be generated by electric short).

Do not connect the electrical product that exceeds the capacity to the outlet (a fire may be generated by heating of a cord or something). Prevent a foreign object or dust from entering the outlet (a fire may be generated by electric short). Do not damage the wiring cord (a fire may be generated by electric short).

Cautions
Do not disassemble or modify the product. (Disassembly, assembly, and movement should be requested to the professionals. An accident such as falling may be caused.) Do not use the product when you find a defect (the main unit may be damaged and you may be injured). Do not lean against the door or panel (it may cause a falling and you may be injured). Do not stop on the way to door (the door is closed and you may be injured). Do not enter a finger in the operation hole or gap (you may be injured). Open the door slowly (otherwise, the door bounce back and it hits against a person and he/she may be injured). Do not use the product by removing the door stop rubber on the door (you may be injured by cutting a hand with an edge).

Cautions
Do not use the product by removing a cover or other items (a cover may drop and you may be injured). Do not use the product by removing the safety parts (an accident may be caused).

Precautions on cleaning
Hishi Wall uses the resin film laminated steel plate and pre-coating steel plate for interior as surface materials. Observe following precautions for using the product for a long time.  ipe off the product with a cloth dipped in water and wipe off the water cleanly. Do not pour water on the product directly. Rust may be generated. W Wipe off the taint with a wiping cloth or sponge with a small amount of neutral detergent softly. A hard brush or other items damages the surface. After you wipe off the product with neutral detergent, wipe off the product with a cloth dipped in water. If the trace of detergent remains, it generates taint.

Precautions on photocatalytic coating

The performance of photocatalyst is continued for a long time without problem in the usual use in daily life, however, use the product paying attention to the following precautions. Do not friction the product with a hard object such as metal. Do not wipe off the product with alcohol (undiluted solution) or other liquid strongly. If the surface of photocatalyst is covered by the remaining adhesive agent of tape with high adhesive force such as packing tape, the effect may not be brought out. The manufacturer or type of fluorescent lamp is no object for the photocatalytic action, however, the effect may not be brought out if the quantity of light cannot be obtained. Dirt or dust may be attached to the surface of the panel and it may degrade the effect. In this case, the original performance is brought out by cleaning it up with water and neutral detergent for domestic use (some detergents may peel off the photocatalytic coating, so check how it performs the background before using it). If a defect is generated during the use or if you want to disassemble and move the partition, contact the dealer you purchased the product or your nearest branch or business office described on the back page. (The operation is carried out by professionals who have taken the course of our company's standard assembly and safety education)
