AUDEXs engineering services, main focus is to deliver appropriate, cost-effective engineering solutions in the areas of conceptual design, detailed engineering design and project management. Our engineering scope covers a wide spectrum of disciplines, which includes process, civil, mechanical, piping, electrical & instrumentation and tankage engineering. This technical expertise is further augmented by our own design house in Chengdu, China. At the conceptual design phase, we will establish the project definition for engineering, procurement and construction requirements, including a detailed project cost estimate and schedule. This will be followed by front end engineering design and detailed engineering design, covering process, civil, mechanical, electrical & instrumentation, structural and piping. With state-of-the-art engineering software such as X-Steel, Spoolgen, AVEVA PDMS etc, we are able to generate 3-dimensional drawings, detailed pipe routing and design modeling. Each design will be carefully checked to ensure operability and safety using proven risk assessment tools such as HAZOP analysis. Part of project management services could extend to procurement, where we will work with you on vendor pre-qualification, tender & evaluation, procurement and inspection & management of materials. Our proprietary EIS (Executive Information System) and PECm (Procurement, Engineering & Construction management) software platforms integrate information from multiple databases and will allow you secured access to monitor the performance of your project in terms of scheduling, budgeting, productivity and SHE.

AUDEX has the expertise and experience in carrying out fabrication of various types of engineering products for the oil and gas industry. AUDEX is professional and well equipped in pressure vessel design and manufacture. We are qualified under ASME for the design and fabrication of pressure vessel and are certified with the ASME U authorization. Our other fabrication activities includes the fabrication of steel structures, piping packages, columns and storage tanks.
