This is Helen Reddy, a women who wrote and sung "I Am Woman". Here she is raising her arms at her concert, showing confidence that women together will get through this problem, and make rights equal for all. They have gone to the senate to fight to change laws. You can also help with and join this organization because NOW is taking millions of volunteers to help them make the world equal.

There are thousands of large and small organizations joining to help women gain the rights and still be respected even though there is an amendment some women still are not given the same treatment that men are receiving in some countries.
