Teesing has its own engineering entity, which is able to develop custom made parts or assemblies in cooperation with their customers. Not only developing new products, but also optimising the production process and thinking with clients about the best solution for the application.

ENGINEERING

For over 60 years, Teesing has invested in building long term relationships with contractors. These years of cooperation are based on trust, product and application knowledge and the ability to respond and act quickly to all situations.

We constantly expand and adapt our product range to the needs of our customers. Recently we have added the product lines: Destec Engineering and MOTT. Destec Engineering supplies high pressure containment equipment, portable machine tools and on-site machining services. Mott porous metals products offers various porous metal ltration designs such as lters, spargers and ow restrictors.

The relationship with Teesing and the Suikerunie dates back to the 70s, when the process automation was largely pneumatic. Suikerunie decided to change from the brass Simplix couplings to the radial mounting dismounting Serto coupling (brass G). Later on we structured the great diversity in stainless steel couplings and we switched over to the stainless steel program of Serto (another big advantage is that brass and stainless steel couplings are not interchangeable). One of the largest oil companies Q8 has built a new blending plant in Antwerp where Stork is responsible for the complete equipment of the electrical and pneumatic sections. Because of the successful cooperation on several projects in the past, we have contacted Teesing again for the pneumatic part. We have always been satised with the results and even more important, our end customers as well. For this particular project Teesing advised on actuators, valves and other types of regulators controlled by compressed air manifolds with PA tubing.
