STANDARD SPECIFICATION
FOUNDATION & COLUMN: Isolated RCC footing as per the recommendation of the structural engineer. Footings and column designed for G+ 2 structures, RCC plinth beam would be provided connecting all columns at ground level nominal height of 3' from road would be provided.

BRICK WORK:
First quality chamber burst bricks in CM 1:5 raked at joints. All outer walk 9" thick. Internal walls 4.5" thick or as per Architectural recommedation.4.5" parapet & balcony wall.

RCC CONCRETE:
Steel Fe 500 grade of suryadev, suguna or equivalent. 1:11/2:3 M20 grade site mix concreted. Special structures built as per the recommendations of structural engineer. cement of brand ultraTech ,Coromantel or Ramco.River sand and quarry blue metal would be used

JOINERY:
First quality Teak wood main door varnished to soit the theme. First quality paddock frame and door shelters for internal doors. Finished with eranul paints. UPVC or wooden windows and ventilations would be provide all around

EXTERIOR:
Exterior wall plastering in CM 1:5 rough finished and painted with exterior ernulsion of asian paints,dulux or equivalent color as per the client or architect choice. Tiles would be laid in parking stair case and main landing in each floor. Special elevations work like carving facade tiles would be doneat extra cost.the house. Safety grill and glass panel would be provide where required.

INTERIOR WORKS:
ceiling plaster in CM 1:3 Interior plastering in 1:5 smooth finished with wall putty and interior emulsion of Asain panit,Dulux or equivalent. 2'x2' vitrified stain free tiles of Johnson,Nitco,Marbonited or equivalent would be provide in living, bed and passages. Open cupboards for storage in all bedrooms and living hall designer 7' wall ......all around and bath floor tiles would be provided in toilets.

KITCHEN:
2'wide kitchen RCC granite finished would be provided as per the plan. Stainless steel sink and tap would be provided provision for grinder, fridge and oven. 7' wall tiles and designer floor tiles would be provided. Open cupboard with kadappa slab for storage in kitchen.

ELECTRICAL WORK:
3 phase wiring with L&T,legrand or equivalent DB for each house. Separate wiring for A/C and power point would be providing. Concealed pvc electrical cond,,,,,, would be providing roof and wall finolex,kundan,polycab or equivalent copper wire cables.provision for T.v , computer, telephone, A.C would be provide in all bed room and living rooms.Anchor Roma or equivalent modular switches would be used.

PLUMBING WORK:
parryware,Hindware or Johnson ..and both fittings parryware or hindware closets and wash basin. CPVC concealed pipe in toilet and kitchen and first quality pvc outer pipe line. Brick work tank in the terrace would be provide for 2000 liters. Geysers points, sharing electric point,.............provision would be provided s.s towel holder, soap holder and mirror in toilets.
