COURSE FEES:
Students are required to pay course fees in accordance with the agreed payment plan.

Course fees paid to the institute can be transferred to another course of studies followed by
the same student within 6 months.
In the event of an exam re-sit, students are required to pay Rs, 2,000 as a re-sit charge.
The re-sit charge to be paid two weeks before the examination.
In the event of a batch transfer, students are required to submit a letter of request together
with batch transfer fee of Rs. 2,000. The transfer fee to be paid two weeks before the
commencement of a new batch.
PAYMENT PLAN:
A late payment fee of Rs. 1,000/- per month is applicable if paid after the due date.
INTERNSHIP
Student must be under the age of 24, to be an applicant for the internship programme.
Students are required to have successfully completed the course (where applicable) or
minimum six months study at HRMI.
Students are required to have 85% attendance. English and Computer lessons attendance
(where applicable) is compulsory.

Students of Executive Diploma / Diploma in HRM / 2 years Diploma in HRM / HND are
required to complete pending total / instalment fees payments.
EMPLOYMENT

Students are required to successfully complete the total duration of the programme at HRMI
and have 85% attendance. English and Computer lessons attendance (where applicable) is
compulsory.
Students are required to complete SIX months internship provided by HRMI. Satisfactory
feedback / reference on individual performance from companies will be obtained by HRMI.
Students are required to submit the Student Log Book (signed by the relevant supervisor of
the training establishment) on completion of the training.

STUDENTSHIP:
Non payment of course fee for continuous 2 months will lead to automatic cancellation of
studentship.
Non payment of course fee for continuous 6 months will lead to cancellation of your
registration with foreign affiliations (where applicable) without a prior notice.
