Responsibilities
Responsible for developing Operations, Reliability & Maintenance (ORM) requirements and commissioning/start-up of new Cogeneration Unit Provide technical direction to staff with focus on the ORM aspects of Cogen designs, including specifications, equipment data sheets, steam/utilities integration, power integration/management, equipment selection and reliability/maintainability considerations Manage the interface between the contractor design team and owners PMT Responsible for implementing and embedding world class ORM processes into the new facility to ensure optimization of Cogen operations to maximize reliability/availability and efficiency in the Refinery Approve Cogen procedure/job safety analysis, identify/implement improvements to plant operations, maintenance and ensure compliance with government laws prior to starting up of Cogen unit Direct Cogen O&M activities including review and approval of incident/shift reports, lead and mentor Cogen operations staff in problem identification and resolution Recommend purchases of equipment and spares to support site maintenance activities Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering 10 years owners experience in Power or Cogeneration Plant operations with knowledge of large frame gas turbine combined cycle Experience in working with International Contractors Interested applicants please send your updated resume in MS WORDS format stating current salary, expected salary, availability and reason of leaving to veronica.neo@experis.com.sg - R1110855 (JobStreet.com)

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical), Engineering (Others), Engineering (Petroleum/Oil/Gas) or equivalent. At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Engineering - Oil/Gas or equivalent.
