CPNI Procedures LimottaIT.com has a policy not to use CPNI for any activity other than as permitted by law.

Employee Training LimottaIT.com employees are trained about the use of CPNI. This training includes the importance of compliance with the Communications ACT and FCC Rules regarding the use, disclosure and access to CPNI. Employees are harshly reprimanded if there is a violation with CPNI use.

Access and Disclosure LimottaIT.com has authentication procedures to safeguard the disclosure of CPNI. No disclosure is provided over the phone. No disclosure is provided in-store. Online access requires the use of a unique assess code and password. If there is a suspicion of a breach of online password then a new password must be created.

Recordkeeping LimottaIT.com uses CPNI for the limited purposes of initiating and billing for telecommunications services, and may use CPNI, if necessary, to protect its property rights. LimottaIT.com does not disclose CPNI or permit access to such CPNI to any third parties other than as necessary to provide service.

Customer Complaints LimottaIT.com has not received customer complaints in the past year concerning the unauthorized release of CPNI.

Disciplinary Process LimottaIT.com has a disciplinary process to address any unauthorized use of CPNI where the circumstances indicate authorization is required under Section 64.2009 (b) Procedures for Notifying Law Enforcement of CPNI Security Breaches LimottaIT.com has adopted procedures to comply with Section 64.2011 for notifying law enforcement of CPNI security breaches. Annual CPNI Certification LimottaIT.com will annually submit to the FCC, a CPNI Certification of Compliance and accompanying statement regarding the companies CPNI procedures.
