The frames are elded to form a rigid bo* li/e structure for holding the emitting electrodes are located centrall, bet een collecting electrodes curtains. The emiting electrodes are hept taut bet een the frames. Ra//in4 -3-tem: #apping s,stems are provided for collecting and emitting electrodes. These rappers are driven b, geared motors.
