CREAM HAIR DYES BACO SOFT COLOR CREAM HAIR DYES - MARAES
Product Description
Products are made by combining colorants in various (liquid / cream) media in an alkaline environment, with the addition of active ingredients and scented oils, emollients and lipophilic substances to colour, change, and retouch the hair. When used, the product must be mixed with a hydrogen-peroxide based oxidative product (see data Oxidants for Hair-dyes) so as to be activated and to develop the desired colouring. Oxidation pigments or pigment precursors are contained in a phase, whereas oxidizing agents in the other. PHASE I and PHASE II merge when they are used. NOTE: Description and functionality of active principles were derived from the scientific documentation sent to us by manufacturers.

FIRST-AID MEASURES What to do in the event of: Accidental contact with eyes: remove any contact lenses, rinse immediately with plenty of tepid water; if the irritation persists, contact a physician. Accidental ingestion of large quantities: do not induce vomiting. Where appropriate, seek help from a poison centre or a physician. Skin contact: wash skin immediately with plenty of water. If the irritation persists, contact a physician. Massive inhalation in the event of aerosol: move the person to fresh air. If the discomfort persists, seek help from a poison centre or a physician.
FIRE FIGHTING MEASURES If a fire breaks out, use water spray, chemical powder, carbon dioxide.
ACCIDENTAL RELEASE MEASURES Clean up the spilled products with sand, sawdust or rags, channel into appropriate disposal containers in accordance with applicable regulations. Wash contaminated areas with plenty of water. Never return the spilled material to the original container. Never reuse spilled product.
HANDLING AND STORAGE Handling - Carefully follow the instructions on the package or on the leaflet / slip / tag attached. - Avoid any use other than that expected in the instructions. - Avoid mixtures with other products or similar products other than those specified in the relevant instructions. - Never return the spilled material to the original containers in order to reuse the product. - Keep away from children. Continuous exposure to cleaning agents (soap, shampoo, liquid detergents) for professional purposes may cause depletion of hydrolipidic film and stratum corneum, which form a natural barrier for the skin. Depletion of this barrier may result in skin injuries, thus leaving the skin more exposed to external agents. Under this circumstance, if other products normally used in the professional activity are handled without taking adequate precautions (e.g. gloves or specific PPE), then intolerance may arise, which may worsen over time.

Under this circumstance, if other products normally used in the professional activity are handled without taking adequate precautions (e.g. gloves or specific PPE), then intolerance may arise, which may turn into more serious forms over time.

Storage Store in dry and well ventilated places (room temperature). Do not store nor use the product near open flames or heat sources or electrical appliances, or direct sunlight. Make sure product storage temperature is not lower than 5C and not higher than 40C. After using the product, properly close container. PERSONAL PROTECTION/ EXPOSURE CONTROL Where the employer identifies hazards that cannot be avoided with other means, he / she is obliged to provide workers with adequate Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) (article 43 of Legislative Decree - D.Lgs.626/94). PPE must comply with the regulations defined in D.Lgs 475/92 (article 42 D.Lgs 626/94). Use of PPE provided by the employer is compulsory (articles 5 and 44 of D.Lgs 626/94). More specifically: - during all application, manipulation, and final rinse stages, use disposable plastic gloves; - use accurately cleaned tools; - avoid nickel-plated tools; - do not wear costume jewellery. The work place must be adequately ventilated, possibly with mechanical fresh-air recirculation (article 9, Presidential Decree D.P.R. 303/56, as amended by article 33 of D.Lgs. 626/94). Areas that are subject to vapour, gas, and dust emissions or to substance spilling must be separated and equipped with local suction or collection systems (articles 20 and 21, D.P.R. 303/56).

Under this circumstance, if other products normally used in the professional activity are handled without taking adequate precautions (e.g. gloves or specific PPE), then intolerance may arise, which may turn into more serious forms over time.
