Fantastic Famous Fridge

Did you now that everyone takes one of the best inventions which actually changed the world for granted? Thats me!! The humble, awesome fridge. Well did you know its my birth day today? Just joking, I was born in 1950. Admond Care, from France, gave birth to me, while he was working on the absorption process. My cousins were ice, snow and frozen lakes. I was born from 4 key stages: Firstly from natural these included: Ice, Snow and Frozen lakes. Then came man made natural material s e.g. Ice houses and Blocks of snow. After that came man made new technology e.g. the Monitor top fridge. Then man made (commercial) e.g. your fridge. I came in many shapes and sizes but do you know what I first looked like? I had 3 doors one for the bottom one for the middle and one for the top. I was approximately 34degariees My life is as cool as yours so listen up. B.C In 1000 the Chinese cut and stored ice. Then at 500 the Indians made ice on cold nights. A.D Then at 1720 Dr William Cullen a Scotsmen studied the evaporation process in a vacuum. In 1805 Oliver Evans of Pennsylvania designed a machine which was never built. In 1834 Jacob Pervcins built a fridge used for a vapor compression process cycle. Then in 1850 Admond Care of France built an absorption process machine which is now the fridge. Next in 1805 Carl Von Linde produced large amounts of liquid air using the Thomas Jule affect. After that in 1911 GE (General Electric) company unveiled a refrigerator invented by a French Monk. In 1920, there were some two hundred different models in the market. In 1927, the first see

white spread was by GE called the monitor top refrigerator. Then in 1937, over 2 million Americans owned a fridge. After that in 1947, GE made a freezer- fridge combination. I have changed the world a lot and I have a changed a lot too. Now I have a inbuilt water compartment. So, you put your glass under the button and then press the button for water. Same for the ice compartment too. Now imagine, in the past you needed four different devices to do this OR you had to make ice in the freezer. Also, I have two doors and lots of storage space. That not allI have sections for dairy, vegetables, cold food, general storage and many more. Each of these compartments has their own temperature. Thats like a mini supermarket at home. Just imagine one week without me. Wait, why a week, imagine one day without me. Where would you put your milk, vegetables and meat? Would you go get some ice or snow? Ooops, you are in Dubai. Without me, life is going to be hard. I was invented and have gone through a lot of evolution, just to help you. I changed the world by giving you a solution to keep your food fresh. Irrespective of where you live in the world, you dont have to find ice and snow to manage your food, medicines and more. If there are disasters such as floods, cyclones, thunderstorms, civil disturbances, I can help you stay alive by keeping your food and medicines last longer.
