Abstract
This paper was mainly concerned with the characteristics of the Conservation Laws Equation; in which the relationship between
the point with minimum on potential function and on the characteristics was taken into account. Then the characteristics were
divided into two parts based on the given classification standard. Further, combined with the research of the literature [3], the same
conclusion can be reached as well without the initial condition that tends to zero at infinity, which made the application wider.
