A WORKING STUDENT ATTITUDE AND PERFORMANCE IN

SCHOOL AND IN THEIR RESPECTIVE WORKPLACE

This is a survey questionnaire intended only to study the attitude and


performance of a certain working student ,in regards to his/her performance in
different aspects of school activity ,particularly in classroom discussion. Also, this
is one way in measuring his/her aptitude towards work performance despite of
having an unmanageable time.

Direction:
Please fill-up the form with correct information and answer it reliably in
accordance to the situations being stated. Check the box that describes most of
your attitude. Rate your attitude on a 1 to 5 scale that correspond to the following:
5 - Almost – You’re always doing the attitude.
4 - Frequent – You’ve done it relatively but not always
3 - Occasionally – You’ve done it not so significantly
2 - Seldom – You’ve never try it but accidentally you do it
1 - Never – You’ve never intend to it.

These questionnaire present five (5) categories of a person character either


in school or in workplace setting. Each category present ten (10) factual situations,
which are mostly happened in individual’s life

The WORK APTITUDE AND PERSONALITY category refers to your ability


to cope your duties and responsibilities in your workplace, where you are currently
working and on how you dwell it. Here, you’re going to rate your character as an
employed individual.

criticism.

assignments to the best of my ability.
8. I am flexible and versatile in my workplace, especially,
working under pressure and with opposition.
9. I always maintain the standard of good grooming,
neatness, bearing and manner of dressing.
10. I prefer to use my initiative in doing other work if I
already done the proposed work assigned to me.

The CLASS PERFORMANCE AND ATTITUDE category denotes your school


character. Where, your class participation and willingness towards classroom
forum are evaluated. And, on how you meet and /or qualify the school
requirements and standards. So, compare your attitude as a student in the
situations being presented below and rate yourself.

The SELF-ESTEEM AND DEVELOPMENT category concerns on your


conceptuality. Where, it simply examine on how you conceive such thing that will
help you to become a better individual. In short, you conceptualize a certain
attitude that strengthen your character and evolve you into a matured one.

The OVERCOMING CONSTRAINTS category measures your braveness in


life. For none of us who are living doesn’t have a constraint in life. Hence, it is
useful to all of us in order to become a successful person. Also, you are given the
chance to validate yourself toward it.

The TIME MANAGEMENT category plainly examine your potential on how


you value the time you have. Everybody knows that it is really hard to serve to
master at the same time, but then, you are pleased to dwell with it.
