Job description MassiveMusic London is currently looking for a remarkable and enterprising individual to help source and manage music productions. Your mission is two-fold. Youll manage music and sound design production projects, working alongside our team of producers, music supervisors and sonic branding specialists. Youll also help us nurture and expand our network within the advertising and broadcast media industries to ultimately create business opportunities. Requirements You are a remarkable individual. A magnet. People are drawn to you because you are interesting, smart and highly sociable - and when youre not in the thick of the action you love listening to other interesting people. You have a quick wit, charming persona and you see the connection between people and possibilities. You understand the type of client we work with and have an existing network of them ready to roll. You know and you love music. Not just one kind of music all kinds of music. You know some incredible composers and can get the very best from them. You speak their language and you know the difference between The Temper Trap and a trap track tempo. Its no challenge for you to debate the pros and cons of Logic vs Ableton, you know you dont go to a salon for a low cut and your concept of strategic branding doesnt involve a blue hedgehog. You have no problems with threesomes. That is you, art and commerce in the same bed for a roaring good time. You have great organisational skills and a sharp focus. You are always the one who arrives early for a flight. Friends can always rely on you to book the best table in a restaurant and you can spot a new music brief from three blocks away. Preferably you have a higher education from a real university and a couple of years experience in an advertising, broadcast or music job. On top of this you have that special something that no curriculum can teach, enterprising creativity, social intelligence, street smarts and the ability to deal with people from all walks of life. The advertising scene is unlike any other industry, so wed prefer that youre not a stranger to the way things work there. Employment Full time. Actually, full time doesnt quite grasp it.
