Duet Steam Washer Sales Demonstration - Functional

Give customers a preview of the Duet Steam Washer using this quick and easy sales demonstration mode.

To Activate Sales Demonstration: Power must be OFF. The following steps must be performed within 5 seconds:

Sales Demonstration Mode

"Sd" will appear on the display when sales demonstration is activated. The Duet Steam Washer will run through the following demonstration for approximately four minutes:

1. Select WATER TEMP Option. 2. Select SPIN SPEED Option. 3. Select WATER TEMP Option.

One minute at low RPM tumble (3 seconds on, 13 seconds off) with rotation reversing each time: This demo shows the Cradle Clean wash motion on the Wool and Silk Cycles. One minute at a higher RPM tumble (13 seconds on and 3 seconds off) with the tumble direction reversing each time: This tumbling demonstrates the safe but effective cleaning for those fabrics needing vigorous washing in the Whitest Whites or Heavy Duty cycles. Two minutes of the high performance spin will demonstrate the following: 150 RPM for out-ofbalance detection and adjustment of its distribution in the drum (60 sec.) Next it will advance to a high speed spin of 1200 RPM. This spin demo shows how the Steam washer helps reduce vibration and noise before it starts using software combined with the 6-point suspension system which includes four gap dampers.

Before you begin the demo be sure to:

To Activate the Non-Functional Sales Demonstration for the Duet Steam Washer: Power must be OFF. The following steps must be performed within 5 seconds:

Console Overview:
The Duet Steam washers intuitive controls combine preprogrammed cycle and option settings, LED indicator lights and audible signals with the washers 6th Sense Technology for optimized fabric care and cleaning. The pre-programmed colors are in green and the optional settings are in orange. Audible tones, ranging from high to low, are based upon the selection. For example, tones increase in scale as the temperature setting is increased and the tones decrease as the setting is decreased. If an option is unavailable with a selected cycle, the light will not come on. The console was designed to assist those who are visually impaired and is ADA compliant.

The non-functional sales demonstration mode will allow a customer to freely interact with the controls of the Duet Steam washer without locking the door or starting the machine. The wash basket will not spin.

To Activate Sales Demonstration: Power must be OFF. The following steps must be performed within 5 seconds:

"Sd" will appear on the display when sales demonstration is activated. The New Duet HT washer will run through the following demonstration for approximately 2 minutes and one-half minutes and consist of: A slow speed tumble wash motion A fast speed tumble wash motion A medium speed spin motion

To Activate Sales Demonstration:

"Sd" will appear on the display when sales demonstration is activated. The control lock light will flash. You will hear 3 clicks to indicate the door is locked. The Duet Sport washer will run through the following demonstration for approximately 3 minutes:

The following steps must be performed with 5 seconds:

30 seconds at low RPM tumble (35 RPM with three seconds on, 16 seconds off) with rotation reversing each time. This demo shows a slow speed tumble wash motion. 30 seconds at a higher RPM (40 RPM with 13 seconds on and 16 seconds off) with the tumble direction again reversing each time. This shows a fast speed tumble wash motion. 120 seconds of the high performance spin. This shows a ramp up to the washers maximum spin.
