Use As of EA-HR 607 SP18, the business function HCM, Personnel & Organization 04 (HCM_PAO_CI_4) is available. You can use this business function to enhance the Personnel & Organization (PA-PAO) application component as described below. o Additional Country Versions for Managing Employee Master Data With this business function, you can now administer employee master data for the following countries: Chile Spain Hong Kong

Effects on Customizing Activate the new business function and make the Customizing settings as follows: o Additional Country Versions: Make the settings in Customizing for Personnel & Organization under Infotypes -> Infotypes for Employees -> Country-Specific Infotypes and Infotype Settings that are available for each of the new country versions. Additional Infotypes: Make the settings in Customizing for Personnel & Organization under Infotypes -> International Infotypes that are available for the additional international infotypes that you want to use.

PE-LSO SAP Learning Solution

HCM_LSO_CI_5: Business Function HCM, Learning Solution 05
Use As of EA-HRGXX 607 SP18, the business function HCM, Learning Solution 05 is available. You can use this business function to provide a solution to enable collaboration process within HCM Learning Solution using SAP Jam. This solution offers a blended learning approach and allows you to stay current with best practices, thus enabling you to run effectively in the area of learning & talent development (L&D). The solution is intended for learners to make their learning experience more effective and complete by enhancing the formal trainings through discussions, collaborations, and other informal learning features using SAP Jam. For more information, see SAP Library for SAP ERP Add-Ons under HR renewal 1.0 -> SAP ERP Central Component -> Human Resources -> Talent Management -> SAP Learning Solution (PE-LSO) -> Learning Portal (Renovated) -> Integration with SAP Jam. The following key features are available: o o o o o Learners can collaborate using a button from the Training Home page or a link from the Course Type details. Supports time-independent and time dependent course types such as Webbased or Classroom trainings. Leaners automatically receive an invite to the collaboration group after booking a course or if the participation request has been approved. Learners can collaborate even for followed up courses using the Training History page. Button or the link text on the Learning Portal is customizable with multilingual support.

For front-end enhancements on the component LSOFE SP8, apply SAP note: 1926666.
