We are now ready to being the uninstall process.

1) Go to your control panel and go to programs and features or add/remove programs 2) Uninstall the N !"!# $tereoscopic %" "river %) Uninstall the N !"!# &hys' STOP! ( do not uninstall anything else. close the applications window.

Ne)t navigate to your device manager. *his can also be found in your control panel.

!n your device manager+ navigate to the display adapters. ,lic- on the little . button ne)t to dispaly adapters and you should now see your graphics card listed. /ight clic- on your graphics card and clic- uninstall. #t this point a you0ll get a pop up window( N1*23 be sure to put a chec- mar- in the bo) to 4delete the driver software for this device4

Now that your driver is uninstalled we need to delete the driver folders. *hese can be located in the following locations ( ,3/N !"!#/ "elete the 4"isplay"river4 folder

( ,3/&rogram 5iles/ "elete the entire 4N !"!# ,orporation4 folder

Go to this folder c3/Windows/$ystem%2/"river$tore/5ile/epository. "elete any folder that begins with nv6disp.inf 7ma-e sure you are deleting the correct folder here) !f you are unable to delete this folder+ please see the bottom of this thread.

For 64bit OS users

( ,/&rogram 5iles 7)89) "elete the entire 4N !"!# ,orporation4 folder

1ptional step( you will lose any %" game/program settings you may have altered in the control panel ( ,/&rogram"ata "elete both the 4N !"!#4 and 4N !"!#4 ,orporation folder

!f for some reason you don0t find some of these folders+ that0s o-.

Now before you do ANYTHING else, read these e!t ste"s u til your are i stru#ted to re$boot your "#%

1) :ou are going to reboot your pc in safe mode 7press 58 as your computer boots up) 7"1N4* "1 *;!$ N1W) 2) When options come up for safe mode+ choose the first option on the list that only says 4$afe <ode4 7*he one without networ-ing)

&Note& Windows will install a generic G# driver once you boot. *hat is totally fine and will not affect your install. *here is no need to remove it.

1nce your computer has booted and you now in windows safe mode

%) 1pen up "river $weeper application. =) &ut chec- mar-s in the bo)es ne)t to the following items ( N !"!# "isplay

( N !"!# &hys' >) ,lic- the #naly?e button 1nce the program is done analy?ing you should see a list of items with chec- mar-s ne)t to all of them. !f for some reason all the items do not have chec-mar-s+ you can clic- the @ button+ then select and then all.

9) Now clic- the clean button A) 1nce that has completed. ,lose the application and reboot your machine as normal.

!f you do not thin- you can remember these steps then ! suggest you copy and paste this info into a word or te)t doc and save it on your des-top so you can reference it. /emember+ you will not have internet access while you are performing these steps.

1nce you have completed steps 1(A you can proceed with the driver installation.

:ou may now go ahead and do steps 1(A and then install your new drivers.

A) ,ic- 4#pply4 and then 41C4 to close that window. 8) ,lic- 41C4 to close the #dvanced $ecurity $ettings window. D) ,lic- 41C4 to close the properties window 1E) Now+ again right clic- on the folder and go to properties. 11) #gain+ a window will pop up and you need to go to the 4security4 tab. 12) ,ic- the 42dit4 button ne)t to where it says 4*o change permissions+ clic- 2dit.4 and another window will pop up. 1%) !n this new window+ in the bo) under where it says 4Group or user names34 clic-/highlight 42veryone4 1=) Now+ in the bo) that says 4&ermissions for 2veryone4+ clic- the bo) in the 4#llow4 ,olumn ne)t to 45ull ,ontrol4 1>) ,ilc- 4#pply4 and then o- to close the window. 19) ,lic- 41C4 to close the properties window.

:ou should now have permission to delete this folder.
