STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM Well view of natural scenery is important in our daily existence, less than adequate of this decrease our satisfactory and leads to a greater percent of sickness and gives us unpleasant time. The development and decorative planting of gardens and ground enables our community to reflect the old, the untouched ground, and thus before the problem be greater. It is very essential in the sense that we are in the modern world. It is the main interest and desire of almost human beings that can help attracts toward a concern matter. Most of the area composes a lot of building that decreases the balance ecosystem. The development project that relates to the natural environment in the center of a city that can give to a life to a place of busy people. A lot of areas are occupied by structural buildings and nowadays some buildings redevelop by putting the landscape inside that increases the artificial landscaping even though the plants are natural living. Natural scenery must connect to its mother nature outside to feel the atmosphere transforming to its living things that surrounds on it.

Recommendation on Proposal Solution Implementing the natural living scenery by daily maintaining the parks or small areas of landscape because it will help us in our daily routine of our body system. Natural scenery conditions the place and the structure from being modern way of living we can give an allowance to a changing world of technology and improve quality of natural living in surroundings of environment. Improving the natural scenery through improving landscaping in parks and small areas in our city. Each of us needs to do what we can to surround ourselves with a buffer against pollution. One of the well known park area that rebuilds natural habitation in the middle of the city is the Memorial Circle located in Commonwealth, Quezon City. We will focus on the agricultural matters that promote the culture of the Filipino that will maintain the certain responsibilities related to the health and welfare of the public and are concerned with resource conservation of the land.

Scope
Entire Project will provide the skill and technical knowhow of creating the landscaped gardens. It will make an art of depicting a scenery, modify and ornament by altering the plant cover that will comprises, the visible feature of an area of land. Landscape garden shall cover 70% of the total area that will have a layout of beautiful piece of land. Maintaining a certain standard of decorum and formality that will convert a large expanse of grass into a living functional landscape that is attractive to look at, easy to maintain and that creates valuable wildlife habitat.

MANAGEMENT PLAN I. Methodology

a. Examine the environmental components and how they will impact the people using the space and alternatively how people will impact the environment.

b. The traffic pattern of people moving through the space or how you want them to move through the space will be examined relative to the environment.

c. Consideration will be given to the direction of the sun and the need for shade. It will also provide to withstand the diseases and pests which may attack the garden.

Personnel involve The entire project shall be handled by professional teams consisting the designers named Sharmaine Mangaoang and Jelisa Requilme, who are very reliable, hands-on, trustworthy, and professional in implementing projects from the design phase up to the finishing stage. They possess the expertise to conceptualize, design, plan, organize, implement, and complete the project within the desired time at minimal cost. It shall organize a series of discussing where representatives and points shall be duly considered.

Facilities Appropriate elements will be. It will focus on comfort. The comfort of benches, shade, desirable plantings, the size of architectural elements all relate to the needs of people. Plus, it will various trees, plants, shrubs, flowering and ornamental plants necessary to execute the design. With this, you can be guaranteed only of the finest workmanship and materials to be used in all installation.

Time scheduled involve Entire project shall be handled by us for a period of months. Depending on the type of plants to be planted and the period of time to be develop. It will value and recognize the blend of traditional skills and experience necessary to successfully complete the landscape schemes in harmony with nature's constraints.
