Tata Coffee Mgt Guideline : Tata Coffee said the rally in coffee prices is based on the severe drought in Brazil . The prices of Arabica coffee have gone up by 60 percent in the last 6-8 weeks, and this rise is here to stay . Robusta coffee prices have gone up, they have not moved up as dramatically as Arabica coffee prices . Tata Coffee expects markets of West Asia, Turkey and Iran to open up and becoming new buyers. It is also witnessing shift in dynamics of its US market business. The company plans to focus more its coffee business and sees no new additions in its tea business. Company is seeing huge upside in margins for our instant coffee business Oriental Bank of Commerce Mgt Guideline : Bank expects the non-performing asset (NPA) problems for the PSU banks to ease post September quarter as economy has stabilised and banking sector is likely to see lot of improvement, which will lead to cash flows and up gradation of accounts. Bank believes corporate loans will be next trigger point where some slippages can happen. OBCs corporate book is close to 47 percent of its total portfolio of Rs 1,30,000 crore worth of advances. Schneider Electric confirmed it was in talks with potential buyers for its sensors unit CST, following a newspaper report saying it could reap up to $900 million from a deal. Schneider is in exclusive talks with funds Carlyle and PAI Partners over a sale in which it would retain a 30 percent stake in the unit. Kuwait Petroleum Corp (KPC) is in talks with Indian Oil Corp (IOC) for taking a stake in the state-owned firms Rs 29,777-crore Paradip refinery and a proposed petrochemical complex. Petron Engineering Construction Ltd has received Letter of Award for Civil Contract at Nagpur Cement Works, Village Tarsa, Tehsil Mauda, Dist. Nagpur, Maharashtra from M/s. UltraTech Cement Limited (Unit: Nagpur Cement Works) for a total Contract Value of Rs. 54.70 Crores (Rupees Fifty-Four Crores Seventy Lacs Only) plus Service Tax. Dishman Pharmaceuticals Clarification : News Regarding Sale of Companys Shanghai Plant, Dishman Pharmaceuticals and Chemicals Ltd has Clarified to this is a market rumor and there is no truth in the said news. Italian Industrial Production rose to 1.0%, from -0.8% in the preceding month whose figure was revised up from -0.9%. Analysts had expected Italian Industrial Production to rise 0.4% last month. Sentix said its index of investor confidence improved to 13.9 this month from a reading of 13.3 in February. Analysts had expected the index to increase to 14.0 in March. Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation said that the seasonally adjusted annual rate of housing starts rose to 192,100 units last month from Januarys total of 180,500 units . Analysts had expected Canadian housing starts to increase to 185,000 units in February.
