This assignment requires student to choose ONE (1) of the following questions in the Human Resource Management topics: Question 1 Describe and explain recent changes in UK labour markets, and critically evaluate their impact on the management of human resources within organisations with regards to flexibility. Question 2 Critically evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of individual performance appraisals/reviews. Assess to what extent such appraisals can contribute to achieving high performance workplaces. Your report should include: 1. Assignment of Grades for Written Work Written assignments will be graded according to the following distribution:

80%: Content (thoroughness of preparation, information, and content) 10%: Style (grammar, writing quality, clarity of writing at the sentence level) 10%: Presentation (organization, clarity of writing at the paper level)
