PRIPREMA: 1. Razbi jaja u tanjir, umuti ih viljukom, dodaj mleko i sve dobro izmeaj.

PREPARATION:
1. Break the eggs in the plate, whisk them with a fork, add the milk and stir well.

Jednu po jednu kriku hleba potopi na kratko u smesu i prebaci u prazan tanjir.

Immerse the slices of bread for a moment in the mixture (one slice at a time) and transfer them into an empty plate.

PRIPREMA: 1. Sipaj vodu u lonac i stavi ga na ringlu da prokljua . Dodaj so i buter.

PREPARATION:
1. Pour the water in a pan and bring it to the boil on a cooker. Add the salt and butter.

Kad voda prokljua vatru smanji na minimum. U kljualu vodu sipaj polako kukuruzno brano i varjaom stalno meaj. Kaamak je gotov kad se odvaja od zida lonca.

Reduce the heat to the minimum. Pour the flour slowly while stirring with the wooden spoon. Polenta is ready when it doesnt stick to the sides of the pan.

PRIPREMA: 1. 2. Ukljui rernu na 200C. Izmeaj penino i kukuruzno brano, praak za pecivo i so u jednoj iniji.

PREPARATION:
1. 2. Preheat the oven to 200C. Mix the corn flour, wheat flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl. Break the eggs and whisk them with a fork in the second bowl and add the milk and sparkling water. Crumble the cheese in the third bowl with the fork. Mix well all ingredients in one bowl. Grease well the baking dish with oil and pour the mixture into the dish. When the oven temperature is 200C, put the baking dish into the oven and bake for about 30 minutes until golden.

PRIPREMA: 1. 2. Sir izmrvi viljukom u jednoj iniji. Razbi jaja i izmeaj ih viljuom u drugoj iniji. Sir pomeaj sa jajima, pavlakom, jogurtom (ili mlekom) i dodaj so. Deo kora iskidaj na vee komade i izmeaj sa tom smesom. Namai tepsiju uljem. Stavi jednu koru na dno tepsije i premai smesom. Odgore stavi jednu koru, pospi malo ulja i razmai etkicom. Stavi malo smese preko toga. Ponovi sve dok se ne potroe sve kore i sva smesa. Na vrh stavi poslednju koru. Gornju koru premai sa dosta ulja. Rernu ukljui na 200C, stavi tepsiju u rernu i peci oko 40 minuta dok gibanica ne dobije zlatno-utu boju.

1. 2. Crumble the cheese with the fork in a bowl. Break the eggs and whisk them with the fork in another bowl.

Mix the cheese with the eggs, crme fraiche, yoghurt (or milk) and add salt.
Tear off some dough sheets big pieces and mix these pieces with this mixture. Grease the baking dish with oil. Put one sheet of the dough on the bottom of the baking dish and smear with the mixture. Put a new sheet on top, pour a bit of oil and brush it over the sheet. Add some mixture. Repeat until all mixture and all sheets are used and finish with the last sheet on top. Brush some oil on the last sheet. Turn the oven to 200C, put the baking dish into the oven and bake the pie for about 40 minutes until golden.

PRIPREMA: 1. Pospi mleveno meso prakom za pecivo, dodaj so i biber i dobro izmeaj rukama u iniji. Kad se meso vie ne lepi za ruke, smesa je dobro umeana. Ostavi da odstoji 5 minuta. Za evapie: Uzmi malu koliinu mesa (da pokrije pola dlana) i trljaj je izmeu dlanova dok se ne napravi mali valjak. Ponovi postupak dok ne potroi svo meso.

PREPARATION:
1. Sprinkle the baking powder, salt and pepper over the meat and knead it well in a bowl. As soon as the meat does not stick to your hands, it is well mixed.

Leave the mixture for about 5 minutes to rest.


For evapii: Take half your palm of meat and roll the meat between the palms of your hands into a finger length sausage about 2 cm thick. Repeat until all meat has been used. For hamburger: Take a palmful of meat and flatten it between your hands into a patty (hamburger-like). Repeat until all meat has been used.

1. 2. 3. Preheat the oven to 200C. Crumble the cheese in a bowl with a fork. Break the eggs and whisk them with the fork in the second bowl. Mix the cheese with the eggs and add salt. Grease the baking dish with oil or put the bakery paper on the bottom of the baking dish. Take two sheets of the filo pastry (don't separate them) and cover the sheets (stuck together) with a thin layer of the mixutre (filling) using a spoon. Roll up the sheets loosely and place it in the baking dish. Repeat the steps 6 and 7 until you have used all the pastry and filling. Brush the tops of the rolls well with the oil.

1. 2. Ukljui rernu na 200C. Operi dobro spana, stavi ga u erpu, uspi vode i pusti da kratko prokljua na ringli. Procedi spana, iseci ga noem i ostavi ga da se prohladi. Sir izmrvi viljukom u jednoj iniji. Razbi jaja i izmeaj ih viljukom u drugoj iniji. Sir pomeaj sa jajima i dodaj so i spana. Podmai tepsiju uljem ili stavi papir za peenje. Uzmi dve kore (ne odvajaj ih) i nanesi smesu (fil) kaikom u tankom sloju preko cele unutranje kore.

1. 2. Preheat the oven to 200C. Wash the spinach well, put it in a pan, add some water and let it boil shortly on a cooker. Drain the spinach through the colander, cut it with the knife and leave it to cool down. Crumble the cheese in a bowl using the fork. Break the eggs and whisk them with the fork in the second bowl. Mix the cheese with eggs, salt and spinach.

1. Sipaj u erpu 1 litar vode.

PREPARATION:
1. Pour 1 l of water in the pan.

Stavi pirina u cediljku, operi ga i sipaj u erpu s vodom.

Put the rice in a colander, rinse it and transfer it into the pan with water. Cook on low temperature until all water is absorbed by the rice. Add sugar (granulated sugar and vanilla sugar) and pour the milk over. Cook until the milk boils and stir continuously with the wooden spoon.

1. Oljuti jabuke noem ili ljutilicom i izrendaj ih. Razbi jaja u iniju i izmuti ih viljukom.

PREPARATION:
1. Peel off the apples with a knife or peeling off tool and grate the apples with the grater. Break the eggs and beat them in a bowl.

Dodaj po malo brana, vode i mleka i meaj icom dok se ne napravi glatko testo (bez grudvica). Testo treba da je malo gue od testa za palainke.
U smesu dodaj izrendane jabuke i sve to izmeaj viljukom. Uspi ulje u tiganj i zagrej ga na plotni. Izvadi smesu kaikom i stavi je u vrelo ulje i malo potapkaj da je stanji. Uzmi novu koliinu smese i stavi u tiganj malo dalje od prethodne. Ponovi postupak dok tiganj i bude pun. Peci oko 2-3 minuta i prevrni na drugu stranu viljukom i peci jos 2-3 minuta. Izvadi peenu poslasticu, stavi na tanjir i pospi eerom.

Add bit a bit flour, water and milk and mix it with a whisk until you make a smooth dough (without lumps). The dough should be a bit thicker than dough for pancake .
Add the grated apples in the mixture and mix it with a fork. Add the oil in the frying pan and warm it up on the cooker. Take a bit of the mixture with the spoon, put it in the hot oil, press it gently on top to flatten. Take again a bit of the mixture and put it next to the previous one (but not to touch each other). Repeat until the frying pan is full. Fry for about 2-3 minutes, turn it with the fork and fry for another 2-3 minutes. Take out the sweet, put it on the plate and sift some sugar on top.

PREPARATION:
1. Pour water in a pan and let bring it to the boil. Add the pasta and cook it.

Pomeaj mak sa eerom u drugoj erpi, preli vruom vodom (ili mlekom) i kratko prokuvaj.

Mix poppyseed with sugar in another pan, pour the warm water (or milk) over and boil shortly.

Procedi rezance kroz cediljku i pomeaj ih sa prokuvanim makom i eerom.

Drain the pasta in the colander and mix with cooked poppyseed and sugar.

1. Pour water in a pan and bring it to the boil. Add the pasta and cook it.

U drugoj erpi (manjoj) zagrej 2 dl vode.

PRIPREMA:
1. 2. Ukljui rernu na 200C. Oljuti jabuke noem ili ljutilicom i izrendaj jabuke u iniju koristei rende . Dodaj obe vrste eera (kristal i vanilin) i griz i dobro izmeaj viljukom. Podmai tepsiju uljem ili stavi papir za peenje na dno tepsije. Uzmi dve kore (ne odvajaj ih) i nanesi smesu (fil) u tankom sloju preko cele unutranje kore. Uvi kore u rolat i stavi ih u tepsiju. Ponovi korake 5 i 6 dok ne potori sve kore i sav fil. Kore premai odgore dobro uljem. Tepsiju stavi u ugrejanu rernu i peci oko 30 minuta dok pita ne dobije zlatno-utu boju.

1. 2. Preheat the oven to 200C. Peel off the apples with a knife or a peeling-off tool and grate them with a grater in a bowl. Add the granulated sugar, vanilla sugar and semolina and mix well with the fork. Grease the baking dish with oil or put the bakery paper on the bottom of the baking dish. Take two sheets of the filo pastry (don't separate them) and cover the sheets (stuck together) with a thin layer of the mixture (filling). Roll up the sheets loosely and place it in the baking dish. Nokle: 1. Od 1 l mleka odvoji jednu olju. U ostalo mleko stavi 2 kaike kristal eera i sav vanilin eer i prokuvaj. Za to vreme odvoj umanca i belanaca. Umuti mikserom vrst sneg od belanaca. U to dodaj eer u prahu i jo muti dok se ne dobije vrst sneg. Kaikom vadi nokle i sputaj ih u vrijue mleko, prvo s jedne, pa onda s druge strane po par sekundi. Vadi ih reetkastom kaikom u iniju.

PREPARATION:
