Personality Portfolio Interview Questions Interviewer: Soyoon Kim Interviewee: Teacher Gender: Male Age Group: Older 1. What was your first impression of me? Well I knew you through other teachers. I also knew you as the founder of the optimist club. It makes it difficult to say my own personal first impression. Lets say my first impression was to wonder why your stare seems to be wandering all over the place when you talk to me. Also, I noticed very soon how much you see the good in people and situations. 2. How would you describe my personality in three words? Reliable, dedicated, dynamic 3. Am I more of an introvert or an extrovert? Why? Maybe you are an introvert who is pretending to be extrovert in social situations. 4. Would you consider me as someone who is open to new experiences? Why? Yes, very much so. You seem to always buy into whatever is offered to you. You are reflective, so you dont make hasty decisions (therefore you would always allow time to think before youd refuse a new experience) 5. Would you describe me as agreeable or disagreeable? Why? Very agreeable. You really want the best for yourself and for others. You take care of others. 6. How would you rate my confidence level on a scale of 1 to 10 (with 1 being the least confident and 10 being the most confident)? Why? Compared to other high school girls: 8 7. Would you describe me as a careful or impulsive? Why? Probably very careful about long-term decisions. You are sometimes impulsive in conversations. Not in a bad way, but sometimes you appear impatient. The reason is you naturally try to help others, but by being so impulsive in your efforts to be helpful, you may not be allowing the others the time they need to think and act for themselves. 8. What do you like most about me? See question 2 above. Also, you are quite unique. You have a colorful personality. 9. What do you dislike most about me? I think it is probably hard to please you at the deepest level. On the whole, you are very positive, kind and you see the good in things (see question 1), but I could imagine that deeper, you have too high expectations of others. That could be hard for people.

10.Would you describe me as more of a group-oriented or independently-minded individual? Why? I believe you need a lot of independence, but it doesnt have much meaning for you if you cant share what you do with others. (not sure I am understanding this question correctly)
