DCN PORT
Communication between the LCT and the EX is via the DCN Port connected by LAN cable

Start the browser Internet Explorer and enter the URL http://172.17.254.253/weblct/ to open the WebLCT Login screen. Enter the User Name and Password in the provided text boxes and Click Ok button Default Username : Admin Password: 12345678 LCT main menu opens in the Current Status screen

Always Logout using this button before disconnecting the cable.
To Logout of the WebLCT, click on the Logout button on the top right hand of the LCT screen. When Logout Confirm window appears, Click OK LCT Login window appears Close the Browser window to exit WebLCT.

Click on Event Log tab to see the event Log information. Click save to save the event log to a CSV file
Event Log is divided in to three categories: Alarm 1000 events Status 1000 events Control 1000 events Last 1000 items of each is stored.

Event Log columns can sort according to Ascending or Descending order . Bring the cursor to the column header and Click on the small down arrow select Sort Ascending or Sort Descending
Event Log data can be filtered based on the date. Click on the down arrow on the Date column and select accordingly
To see the Events on a particular date. Select the On check box and select the date from the calendar To see the Events after or before a particular date. Select the Before or After check box and select the date from the calendar Event Log data can be filtered based on the Severity. Click on the down arrow on the Severity column and select accordingly

Select AMR Operation by clicking the AMR Mode radio button. Select Non Operation radio button not to use the AMR function Select the other modulations to be used during AMR operation by selecting the appropriate Used radio button Reference Modulation selected in Equipment/Radio Configuration is shown highlighted in green. AMR STATUS
AMR alarm and status can be seen from the Current Status menu, Equipment tab. Current TX and RX modulation status shows the modulation used.. The AMR Range Mismatch alarm indicate a mismatch between the local side and the opposite side AMR setting. This is due to the AMR range is not the same. (e.g. One side AMR Range is QPSK to 64 QAM, other side 16QAM to 64 QAM.)
Current TX and RX modulation status can also be monitored from the Current Metering screen

GENERAL SETTING
Select the General Setting from the Network Management Setting menu.. General setting current setting screen appears. Click the Setup icon to open the General setting edit window. This window allows the setting of bridge1 IP address, Subnet Mask and Default Gateway.. If Maintenance mode is selected before applying the maintenance control Switch to Maintenance mode first warning message appears
Click on Maintenance button on the top of LCT window to enter maintenance mode. Expand the Maintenance Control from LCT menu Expand the Loopback Control from Maintenance Control sub menu. Select the MODEM Loopback Control from Loopback Control sub menu. MODEM Loopback Control Window is displayed. Click on Off of the MODEM field of L2 Loopback Click on the L2 Loopback drop down list and select Loopback1 (near end) or Loopback2 (far end) Click the OK button to apply the maintenance control of the selected L2 Loopback. If the Modem L2 Loopback is for the remote NE, then select the Release time Click OK button to apply the maintenance control. Off indication will turn to On with Yellow background

Select MSTP Control under the Maintenance Control, Protection Control menu. Protection Control- RSTP Control or MSTP Control screen display current RSTP or MSTP status Click the MSTP Clear icon, to initialize the MSTP process. To manually select a timing source, click on the timing source status under the Timing Source SW control column of the open the Timing Source Switch control Window Click on the drop down menu and select Manual SW (if the timing source in normal) or Forced SW (if the timing source is under alarm condition) and select OK. Select Normal to release the switch control and click OK.
To Lock Out the timing source from being used as a timing source in the equipment, click the Off status under the Lock Out column for the selected Timing source. Timing Source Switch control window for lock out opens. Select the appropriate radio button ON or OFF and select OK ..

ATPC Manual Control If TX Power Control Mode selected is ATPC Mode, it is possible to temporarily disable ATPC mode under maintenance control and transmit a fixed transmit power. Select ATPC Manual Control On radio button and enter required ATPC Manual power output level within the limits shown. Click OK button to apply the manual TX control. This may be required during antenna alignment.

When TX Mute and CW Control is applied to the NE remotely, it is possible to select an automatic release timer. (these two controls interrupt the radio link) at the end of the timer value the control will be released normalizing the link

IHG ODU CAN CHANGE THE FREQUENCY SUB BAND BY CHANGING THE TX/RX RF BPF. AFTER CHANGING THE SUBBAND FILTER NEW SUB BAND LETTER USED SHOULD BE SET IN THE ODU USING THIS OFFLINE CONTROL. IF YOU CHANGE THIS PARAMETER WITHOUT CHANGING THE SUB BAND FILTER RADIO LINK MAY FAIL. SELECT FROM THE DROP DOWN LIST THE SUB BAND LETTER TO BE USED AND CLICK THE SET BUTTON

From the Equipment Utility menu select Update (Storage-> NE ) Utility Put the Equipment to Maintenance mode and select Config Data radio button. Click the Execute button In the Update (storage-> NE) utility Config Data window click the select Config data type drop down list arrow. Select Partial Equipment Config Browse to the location where the Equipment config file is located and select the config file. Click the Next button Select the configuration items to upload by selecting from the check boxes. Click OK.

Select Log Clear Function from the Equipment Utility Menu.. Select the Radio button of the Log Type to be cleared, Alarm Log, Status Log, Command Log or All Logs and click the Execute button Click OK on the confirmation screen. When complete information window opens click OK.

SHIPMENT Setting
This feature allows the clearing of Equipment Configuration, Radio Configuration and the Provisioning items to configure the equipment from the factory default setting
Select Shipment from the Equipment Utility Menu Click the Shipment icon from the equipment Utilityshipment screen. Select Provisioning clear from the drop down menu of the shipment control window. Click Ok . LCT will be disconnected during the Provisioning clear operation. Login again to configure the IDU after the Provisioning clear.

Click on the User name to modify the logged in user's password or user group.

User Account Management function allows adding , Modifying and deleting of User accounts. This function is available for Admin Access level users only Up to nine user accounts can be added in addition to the three default user accounts (User, Config & Admin).
Click on the ADD USER icon on the Use Account / Security Setting window. Enter the User Name and select the Group from the drop down list of registered user groups. Click on the Set Password icon on the User Setting window. Enter the Password for the new user. Click OK Click on the Set Auth Key and Set Priv Key icons on the User Setting window. Enter the Auth Key and Priv Key for the new user. Click OK
