Dear Friends of the Temescal, Are you a local crafts person, artisan, or creator, looking to sell your handmade creations to an appreciative audience? Then please join us as a vendor at the 11th annual Temescal Street Fair, Sunday, July 6th, Noon to 6 pm, on North Oaklands hip and happening Telegraph Avenue between 51st and 42nd streets. We expect upwards of 15,000 visitors, mostly from the neighborhood, with good disposable incomes and fine taste. The event is professionally publicized with ads in the East Bay Express and online and is sponsored by the Temescal Telegraph Community Association (dba the Temescal Telegraph Business Improvement DistrictTTBID). The festivities will include: Activities Kids Stage, Main Stage and 2 Jazz Stages Craft and community booths Delicious food and drink from local restaurants Kids activities, Carousel rides Valet bike parking by East Bay Bike Coalition. 6 blocks from MacArthur BART. Please fill out the application and return with your check, along with 3 slides/colored photos or website link of your work by June 1st to insure your participation. To qualify, you MUST make your own work. Please include a stamped SASE if you would like your photos returned. I expect around 80 craft booths, along with food and community booths. Confirmation letters with booth location will be mailed out the week of June 25th. We will have some reserved parking nearby as we did last year.
