It is pleasure to keep this report in front of you. Project report is vitally important for B.B.A students to develop a practical base. Theoretical knowledge is only fruitful when there is a practical. The idea was to make feasibility reports of some businesses just to get a detailed view of first step in starting a business i.e.: planning. Feasibility report is all about checking the possibilities and making a comprehensive plan of the business including all the financial and physical resources, threats and opportunities, strengths and weaknesses a business might have. This wonderful experience has proved to be a high inclination in the graph of our personal learning.

Definition of Restaurant: A restaurant is an establishment that serves prepared food and beverages to be consumed on the premises. The term covers a multiplicity of venues and a diversity of styles of cuisine.
Restaurant means a business, whose principal purpose is sale of food and beverages, served in paper, plastic or other disposable containers for immediate consumption inside, outside or away from the building, including businesses that provide delivery of food for immediate consumption. In the restaurants products and supplies are used on a first in -first out basis to ensure freshness. All restaurants provide warm and inviting environment and a variety of comfortable seating arrangements to accommodate anyone from a single individual to a large family.

Difference between hotel and restaurant:


Most hotels are family- run establishments and, as such, the services are more personalized than professional. It also provide a facility of rooms for stay, whereas a restaurant is simply meant for meals.

RESTAURANT Chain:
Restaurant chain is a set of related restaurants, typically with the same name in many different locations either under shared corporate ownership or franchising agreements.

FAST FOOD RESTAURANT:


A fast-food restaurant is a restaurant characterized by food which is supplied quickly after ordering and by minimal service. Food purchased may or may not be eaten quickly as well.

Background information
The aim of preparing this project report is to know how to establish the restaurant.

The proposed locations are selected to capture the market potentiality. The earlier survey made and prevailing market trends showed a good market potential. There is a lack of outstanding quality where the restaurant is planning to enter. The survey also shows certain unmet demands of customers in the market, which the restaurant is going to target. Such as, poolside banquet halls, modern styled, a peaceful environment (coffee shop) in Multan. As well as there is very little concept of sea food at restaurants, which now-a-days becoming popular, restaurant will be also providing this. Though the cost of the project is very high, the project is expected to generate higher profits in the long run.

To create a restaurant that is comprehensive and exceptional in every operation. To improve quality of life in the Multan region.
