Removal of all Sanctions on North Korea Noting with deep concern that the UN has placed unsatisfactory sanctions on North Korea, attempting to eliminate their nuclear program. Recognizing that other resolutions specifically the past three resolutions (1718, 1874, 2087) states a ban on the export of luxury goods to the DPRK (including those items listed in Annex IV of resolution 2094 (2013) These have all been failures in an attempt to disperse North Koreas nuclear program. The UN must readdress the failed resolutions. Keeping in mind that all UN and Security Council actions on Libya and such familiar actions since then, have only given North Korea a growing incentive to continue with the process of creating nuclear war heads, and the expansion of their nuclear weapons program, internationally. Affirming that North Korea is in active violation of resolutions (1695, 1718, 1874, 2087). Resolution (2094) has been put into action; its goal to sees North Korea's ability to develop further nuclear programs, as well as all nuclear activities. Fully aware, that resolution (2094) is in collaboration to all other failed resolutions, and acknowledging a possible future failure with resolution (2094) Taking into consideration a new and different resolution. Welcoming future support and assistance for a new and functional resolution, inviting all international allies with the interests of North Korea and the good of our global people in mind taking the following into consideration.

1. Recommending that the general assembly recall sanctions placed on North Korea, allowing the production of nuclear weapons, and the testing of warheads. 2. Further recommendation that all threats, and persuasive communication towards North Korea stop, showing less aggression and hostile behavior to North Korea, and more welcoming and trustworthy behavior, while still monitoring all nuclear behavior: (a) Allowing time for North Korea to make decisions regarding all production and testing of nuclear warheads.

(b) With readiness to disregard all freedom (lack of sanctions) given to North war is attempted on a nation(s).

3. Authorizing assistance to North Korea in attempt to gain trust from North Korea and allies. (a) Offering Medical assistance to all citizens of North Korea. (b) Giving military aid to both North and South Korea in hope of a non-nuclear treaty between countries. (c) Allowing all nuclear freedom granted to North Korea and all allied countries until further notice, suspicion, or action.

4. Takes note of all religion and and tradition in North Korea, not disturbing cultural or religious processes while offering assistance. 5. Requesting that all freedom, and help given to North Korea lasts (6) months after resolution is passed and is partially maintained until a decision has been made to progress or discontinue all nuclear freedom. 6. Confirming that all allies of North Korea will be held to the standards of North Korea, allowing assistance and freedom of sanctions banning nuclear progression and trade internationally, on all allied countries. 7. Proclaiming that all nations opposed to this resolution will not be taking part in the aid of North Korea, and allied countries. Furthermore all nations non active in the resolution will have a abrupt stop of communication with North Korea, and will have no input in the decision to keep offering assistance to North Korea and allied nations, after the (6) month trial has ended. 8. Affirms that if North Korea does not cooperate in the aid of their country and other allied nations. All sanctions will be reimbursed and all nuclear testing will no longer be allowed, as well as all help given to North Korea and Allied Countries. (a) Any purposeful harm inflicted or violence onto any international person by a North Korean or any allies of North Korea will mean the immediate recall of this resolution. (b)Any rules broken in the resolution by a Nation will mean their immediate banishment form the resolution (c)Any rules broken in the resolution by a North Korean or allied nation will mean the immediate recall of the resolution.

(d)If the resolution is banned all sanctions (resolutions 1718, 1874, 2087) will be placed back onto North Korea and all allied countries
