BIO-DEGRADABLE

RECYCLABLE REUSABLE(MULTIPLE USE) NON WOVEN FABRIC BAGS.

Non woven fabrics are broadly defined as sheet or web structures bonded together by entangling fiber or filaments mechanically, thermally or chemically. They are flat , porous sheets that are made directly from separate fibers . They are not made by weaving or knitting and do not require converting the fibers to yarn. A certain percentage of recycled fabrics and oil-based materials are used in nonwoven fabrics . The percentage of recycled fabrics vary upon the strength of material needed for the specific use.

Non woven fabric provide specific functions as absorbency, liquid repellency, resilience, stretch, softness, strength, flame retardancy, washability, cushioning, filtering, bacterial barrier and sterility. These property are often combined to create fabrics suited for specific jobs, while achieving a good balance between product use-life and cost. In combination with other materials they provide a spectrum of products with diverse properties, and are used alone or as components of apparel, home furnishings, health care, engineering, industrial and consumer goods.

1.MECHANICAL-includes needle punching, stitch bonding and hydro entangling. 2.CHEMICAL-involves the application of adhesive binders plus a range of processes including spraying, printing saturating and foaming. 3.SOLVENT-achieved by softening or partially dissolving fibers with a solvent to provide self-bonding surfaces. 4.THERMAL-involves heat and pressure to fuse so weld fiber together at a point of intersection or in a patterned bond sites. This usually involves including a fiber with a lower melting point in the web.

Bandages and wound dressings. Isolation gowns. Surgical gowns. Consumer and medical face mask. Baby diapers etc Surgical scrub suits and caps. Coffee and tea bags. Carpets, table covers, mats etc Pillows , cushions and padding's etc Making soft envelopes . Packing material-to sterilize medical products. Disposable clothing. And last and the most importantly different kinds carrying bags .

Non woven bags are soft textured polypropylene fabric which looks like an ordinary cloth. These bags are strong and durable , environment friendly and 100% recyclable. Non woven fabric can be degraded to a large extent by ultra violet radiations.

Re-usable bags. Much stronger. Different types of bags can be made- like 50 gm bag.. 5 kg bags small n big ones etc Made of economical material. Can be used as shopping bags, laundry bags vegetable bags. Promotional bags And for various other purposes. SINGLE & MULTICOLOUR PRINTING possible on this product hence making it more attractive.

Non fabric bags are manufactured through high quality spun bond fabric with the latest state of art technology. Manufacturing of spun bound non woven fabric involves a continuous process , which converts the thermoplastic raw material(polypropylene) into a web composed of continuous filament which is called a non woven fabric. Properties we get is breathable, soft light, chemical resistant ,non toxic and environment friendly.

RAW MATERIAL that is polypropylene is manufactured by RELIANCE IND. In India. It is actually a product of petroleum which is available in plenty.
Once these non woven fabric are made then they are put into the rolls. It can be one of the best replacement of the traditional fabrics as well as they are safe, reliable, convenient and user friendly .

Suitable for non-woven fabric material. It can make vest bag(t-shirt bags), flat bags, side inserting (folding) bags, bottom inserting bags , bags with and without handles and so on. Multi functional as it includes automatic cutting , pasting, making handles as well as auto counting.

Microcomputer control. Stepping motor feeding material. Photo eye tracking. Automatic side correction. Auto counting. Folding device. Gusset- that is a piece of cloth let into the it to make it further strong if required. Handle bag punch Computer fixed length Magnetic power braking. Auto stopping. Ultrasonic roll off and sealing of bottom.

Machine weight- 2000 kg Dimension- 11000 * 1200 * 2300mm (full automatic) Total power 11kw Max sealing and cutting length- 800mm Max sealing and cutting width 360mm (vest bag) and 500mm(flat bag) PRODUCTION CAPACITY- 7,20,000 p.m.

7 nos. of motors. 6 nos. of ultrasonic. 1 nos. of folding side equipment. 3 nos. of mould. Machine material made up of- channel steel, armor plate.

The main raw material required to manufacture bags is non woven fabric of different counts and colors. These are available in rolls which are adjusted as per the machine and fixed for automatic movements as start button is switched on. The design of handle as required to be produced is punched through punching machine.

The Bureau Of Indian Standards has not brought any specifications for non woven fabric bags. Bags are manufactured as per customer needs and wants. No unit is so far following any quality standard for this purpose.

No

effluents are required as the process does not gives any waste by-products. So there is no requirement of installation of effluent plant.

The salaries & wages, cost of procurement of land etc depends on the place where it is set up. Gestation period is taken to be 1 year. Depreciation on machinery is charged on 10%. Loan taken from bank is Rs 30,00,000. Bank charges 10% interest on loan taken. Calculation has been done by taking standard size of bag i.e. 14 * 18 inches

30% Subsidy is given in plant and machinery if the project amount is above 20 lakhs. Many Other aids are given by government for setting up an industry in north east regionlike power subsidy ,tax reliefs etc.

1)MARKET STRUCTURE-this bags are product of mass consumption and for daily usage. These can be used in shopping malls, cloths shops, rice packets and most importantly as a tea packing bags which has a huge potential in north east.
1)MARKET POTENTIAL & OPPORTUNITIES-these bags are required by each and every type of stores as well as by households, it has a huge untapped market throughout the country and particularly in north eastern region. Since, printing on this bag is also possible , hence it opens further opportunities.

Competition-There is minimum competition as the only plant for manufacturing such bags in north eastern region is in DURGAPUR an there is no plant even in KOLKATA or in GUWHATI . So, there is wide scope of such plant to be set up in north eastern region. Threats-the only threat that can be seen here is the entrance of new competitors in future . But for now there is no threats available.
