Please follow the below mentioned instructions for resetting/regenerating your v-net banking password(s) Only for Retail Users (Individuals/Proprietors)

To start with the processes please access the URL https://www.vijayabankonline.in and click on the Retail Online Banking link. Kindly, read the instructions provided on the respective pages under Note section.

Click on Forgot Password? link on the below mentioned page to initiate online password(s) reset /regeneration process by yourself.

Step 1) Kindly, first refer the Note section provided on the below page. Input your User Id and Account No. in the space provided there on page. Select the option Generate New Request for 1st time password(s) reset/regeneration attempt. Click on to PROCEED button after making sure all the prerequisite mentioned under the Note section of the current page are fulfilled.

Step 2) Kindly, first refer the Note section provided on the below page. Please fill in all the required details in the space provided on the page. All the Fields marked with * are mandatory. If any of the details are not known to you or not updated in branch records then kindly keep all the details ready and updated (if required) before proceeding further. Once done, select password type which needs to be reset and select Terms and Conditions then click on button GENERATE OTP button.

Step 3) Kindly, first refer the Note section provided on the below page. Once Step 2 is successful, you will receive one OTP (one time password) and Request Id on your registered mobile number through SMS. Kindly, enter the OTP and Request Id, in the space provided on below page and click on CONFIRM button. The validity of the SMS OTP is 30 minutes. If there is any delay (more than 5 minutes) in receiving the OTP through SMS, your current session will be expired. Please follow the guidelines mentioned under the Note section of the current page. If required you may have to close the current page and start from the Step 1) and select the option Process Pending Requests to initiate with your pending request with the delayed SMS received.

Step 4) Kindly, first refer the Note section provided on the below page. On successfully completing Step 3 below page will be shown. Please refer the guidelines mentioned under section Important Note on below page before choosing new password(s) values. After inputting new password(s) values CONFIRM button to proceed further.

Once Step 4 is successful you will see the below page with below mentioned message. Click on to the link Click here to go to Login Page which will lead you to the login page of Retail Online Banking. Now, you will be able to login with your newly set password(s).
